Pattaya here, but have you looked at the Chiang Mai Mail, part of Pattaya Mail group, or placed a advert as a Partner in a Business in CM..www.chiangmaimail.com
Do NOT forget you need a work permit to do anything like work in Thailand, even in your Bar picking up a glass or ashtray..

Pattaya report, here in Pattaya the office is also good on just going the next day, BUT when they open at 8.30am..
They say here, you should go on the Friday before, as if stopped by the Police then a BIG problem if asked to show your Passport and it is out of days..bye

hello, and many will say RENT before you buy, as then you know the problems on a area, not near Skytrain, so transport problem, smells from others cooking, a list goes on and on..

Pattaya here reporting, and reading Heating I smiled along I guess with other's..Maybe a little heating needed in The North, I remember a Electric Blanket when I stayed at Mae Hong Son Holiday Inn, and a warm air blower for the room if needed..
Most of the Companys here are Thai run, sure in Pattaya, and so speak Thai, I guess your Thai is word perfect, so you can speak with other trades on a site.. Some of the left over Buildings from 1997 crash in Bangkok are being looked at as possible finishing, to make the landscape look better for all, and they are near the Skytrain and new Underground system to open when Trains/coaches arrive from Germany.

hello from Pattaya and I suggest the Hotel that you are both staying at will have a local contact, and the FREE magazines also carry adverts for Room Sevice from many Companys.
Just mind your personal stuff when inviting anyone to the room, lock away out of sight out of mind style, money etc..

Hello from Pattaya and I suggest YOU use SEALAND in soi Post Office for the Boarder run..The Thai Guide speaks great English, but explain to the Comapny the overstay, and the Thai Guide will at Aranyaprathet guide you to the small desk counter to pay the fine, which is just after the Immigration exit of Thailand counter..The small fine desk closes for lunch so a BIG need for the guide knows your problem, he can speed up the arrival..
Look smart when doing the Visa run please, and NO baggage outside the boarder transport, just you and the Passport, and the TM card's supplied by Sealand ..
Sealand have many trips to the Boarder in a week, at many prices and so transport, can be a mini van, a delux coach, or a private car.....bye
