May be very far from Walking Street and Second Road,but near the Fun Center theres no more land to buy for building ,and everything is sold So if you like you should buy a resale or thinking about move in far Jomtien,Naklua and Sukumwit

However I think the fast train should be wonderful if It connects Bangkok and Pattaya Residents should be very interested but the airport

Going to Bangkok from Pattaya and conversely in 65 minutes should add fun to the fun,in this case better to have an apartment or a studio in both places...

What about the price in Thailand ?In Tuc Com in Pattaya they are fouls,27500 baht for a XBOX ONE.Is it cheaper in Bangkok?

when I log with my ID and password from the pc too it says I can buy the Walking Dead TV show series only from the US store and not from the thai one So I cannot buy it nor from PC neither from IPAD It switch me only to the PODCAST app which I guess is only audio files or commentary videos

I live in Pattaya.While I can buy The Walking dead tv series from I TUNES shop from the PC,and it switch me to the american shop because the thai one has not the series,from the ipad it does not switch to the american shop and only allow me to open the Podcast application where I can only download audio episodes or commentary videos

I got my life membership in February 2010 and although I am disappointed now,it was worthwhile for less than 4000 baht a year

I live in a condo two minutes walking from Ca Wow Pattaya and hope some company take care the business also If I'll pay on yearly basis ,no more life membership but it is the same rate of only one year.....

You do not appear to have a valid reason for issue of a non immigrant O visa. You do not need such a visa to attend school and should be getting paperwork to apply for an ED visa if you plan to study.

There is no such non immigrant O visa. It is either single or multi (unlimited entry for one year). You do not say how you would qualify for such a visa. Not sure if they would issue a two entry tourist visa or require show of tickets for travel to justify such a two visa issue.

My second non immigrant O visa visa expires next week I need thai non immigrant o and then enrole in a thai language school in thailand to get ED visa I live in Pattaya in my own condo,and come back my country only every six month for ten days each only Next time at the end of April

According to another post the BoT is shorting the Thai Baht to the tune of 70 billion dollars.

As long as they can keep this up the Baht will remain high ....... run out of funds and it will soon be 60bht to 1 dollar.

I strongly recommend that if you are a man. You should get a man as a Thai language teacher. The reason for this is that men use tones in a different way than a woman does. If you get a female Thai language teacher, you may find that the way you use tones, will sound more femnine. "Up to you".
