I have been in Vietnam for almost 2 weeks now, haven't seen a W African on Nha Trang Beaches yet.........Saigon is another story all together, they hang around the backpacker area parks on Bui Vien or near Ben Thanh Market.........the police tell me they round them up and deport them, but they always come back - because they can only deport them to where they came from, usually Cambodia or Thailand, porous borders.
