eefoo Posted July 27, 2008 Share Posted July 27, 2008 I've been there, (and joined the queue to get whacked on the head by him), but I don't recollect seeing any tattooing being done. That said, it has a large building there that I didn't go in, so there could be something going on that I didn't see. It's a very touristy place (mostly Thais) with loads of 'gizzit' stalls.
