Not many places to stay though, probably the resort in Satingh Phra about 30 KM north of Songhkla is still there. It is also close to a birds reserve in the huge lake in between Songkhla and Phattalung provinces. Another place that comes to mind is Laem Son National Park in Kaper, Ranong province.
