KRS1
Has anyone ran ReadyBoost in Windows 7 ? Does it really speed the system up? Just thought I'd ask before i give it a shot just in case it hangs up.
aarn
worked OK for me - just stick empty usb stick into a port. Not sure if it is good as RAM upgrade, but 8Gb usb sticks down to 229Baht in Tesco (Chumphon) today so that is worth a try... AA
Sateev
Running it now, with a 64GB SATA III SSD. Apps I use frequently load noticeably faster, and the system seems more crisp. I originally thought I could run it with Intel Rapid Storage Technology, but I never could get it to work. Readyboost was a no-brainer.

aarn
KRS1, did the earth move for you when you put the card in??? - am interested to know. I think that there is a limit to the performance boost (presumably determined by your comp.'s existing RAM, and processor speed). But it would be nice to play with a 64Gb SSD... KRS1
Button clicking and opening windows/tabs, start menu items, window scrolling and opening folders appeared to have become snappier. But using Dreamweaver and Photoshop and other applications nothing seems to have improved in these aspects. But i think my SD card class speed may not be fast enough to have an effect.
