  1. Custom Fees for a gift to Cambodia, but shipping from USA and I live UK...

    Hi everyone, My Khmer mate in PP wants a fake nose for halloween from a FX makeup shop in USA. Good ones are not cheap neither is the shipping! Because the shops are retail, they say they cannot ship as a gift. Does anyone know how to pay the fees? Its quite confusing all the different information contradicts... Any links to informative websites? I believe there is a flat fee of 10% VAT on incoming deliveries over $100. I read that If this is counted as cosmetics thats a further 70%...but health and beauty can be 0%? How do you go about checking and prepaying these fees remotely from abroad? Thanks :)
