  1. The money has been sent over from the families and is been paid by an embassy employee to the Ayhuttaya court right now.

The 150.000 THB are only a bail. The two Italian Nationals are still accused guilty and have to face the court case. It is to be

expected that they will get a stamp into their passports prohibiting to leave Thailand until further notice (date court case).

The crucial question still is WHERE IS THE EVIDENTIAL VIDEO? In how far will be DISMISSING EVIDENTIAL MATERIAL will influence

    the court case?

This forum thread and everybody actively involved has helped to considerably speeding things up. At least we got a better picture of

    who is reading here.

May I say that everybody who helps preventing fraud, scams, threads, extortion and kidnapping will be always a welcome member

of any modern society? Thais have the most effective saying for a powerful cosmic truth: Barb gum!

The actors behind the curtain of law who have caused this case here will have to face returning vibes from this activity sooner

or later. The civilist who has cooperated in this act will face it too. This is not a thread - this is truth: barb gum!

The person(s) in charge in Ayhuttaya prison seem to be more full of understanding or reading here too as we can say that Seba

and Norris have received at least good treatment under the existing circumstances.

This case is the perfect showcase to uncover corruptional structures within a police department. All facts and names of people

involved have been accurately collected and will be supplied to law defense if required.

  2. There was a court case/meeting held today in Ayhuttaya. Outcome: another offer! One Italian would/could be released if paying 75,000 THB.

As they and none of them around is having this amount of money the prison torture will go on for both of them.

May I remind: two Italian Nationals are held under arrest in Ayhuttaya prison for over two weeks now for being accused having stolen a cell phone. No evidential

material has been presented by police or other authorities yet.

It seems that it is urgently required that other forces are paying their attention to this case.

Obviously this extortional case of kidnapping has not really made enough publicity in order to been seriously understood as what it is: a harsh violation of human rights!

May I hereby ask in the name of Seba & Norris anyone who can help for further input & support!

Please feel free to contact me via personal message.

  3. Hey boys, what is so cool on watching soccer on TV while drinking beer?

Why don't you try some acids while watching Teletubbies? That's at least as sophisticated

but with a potential chance of fun rather than destroying social bounds by being drunk every

time a soccer game is being shown on TV. :)

But ok, carry on...express yourselves! Just don't wonder if the misses are slowly running away. :D

  4. It looks like Ayutthaya authorities are desperately withholding the evidential video and every party involved can "smell"

    their motivation already.

Regarding "realising what the police did" is out of discussion. Otherwise they wouldn´t have sticked so long to their belive

(and I guess the person/s in charge still belive) that this scam could be processed without being noticed by public.

  5. 1. Why should they steal something while getting their money paid out they have waited on for three weeks to finally fly back home?

    2. Why is there no evidence of the accused criminal act?

    3. Why does nobody have searched them to find the "stolen cell phone"?

    4. Why does police have not interviewed four witnesses but only the "victim"?

The two Italians are jailed now since one week for a crime with no evidence. Despite the fact if they did it or not, in what country do you have

to face such a harsh punishment for a bagatelle like this?

If law allows cases like this one, nobody should wonder if underpaid cops are getting "creative" on regular base. Curious to know if the they lend their uniforms to family members on weekends to go 50/50 on the extorted weekend money as it is very common in India.

  6. Will be interested to see what the facts turn out

Second issue is if they are found to be 100% innocent they can go after the accuser for substantial damages

true! the video of evidence just needs to be released and watched by a jury. unfortunately the rights of handling material of evidence in a law case are not the same here in Thailand as in Western countries.

the way how the release of this video will be handled by the authorities will tell everybody the truth. if the video clearly pays evidence that one Italian has stolen a cell phone (and not only put his passport back into his pocket!), the authorities (judge) should not have any problems to publish this material. holding back this material of evidence any longer than neccessary must have a reason.
