3. Copy of STV visa page on your passport

4. TM7, use the last updated one or get it from Immigration Office. With a photo affixed.

5. STM 2. Declaration that you're aware about overstay and the penalties.
6. ASQ certificate letter stating that you've completed 14 days quarantine.

7. Some kind of proof that you indeed stayed at the ASQ, i produced my ASQ hotel receipt ( room charges )
8. Health Insurance showing coverage amount, line by line items in details of IP, OP, Covid coverage amount.
9. Rental. To state clearly rental period when to when, at where, 4 signatures either passport or Thai ID at the end of agreement ( the usual standard contract ). If the rental's address is in Bangkok, you can only extend visa in Bangkok. Rental period should cover at least 3 months more.

 

And sign at every page.

The fee will be 1900 baht.

I am in Thailand on a STV visa . Been here almost 3 months and needs to get an 3 months extension on the visa 

Does anyone know what requirements / papers i need to take to immigration in Pattaya ?

Hi there 

In Norway you have to have a confirmed ASQ booking before they even take your apply for Visa ..  That is what they told me today at the Embassy .:-( 

Hello everybody .

Does anybody know of a ASQ quarantine hotel bangkok that don't take deposit or prepayment in the price range 30-40000 bath ? 

I will apply for visa and i don't want to pay the full cost of the hotel before i know for sure i can get the visa .  I found Best Bella hotel in Pattaya that gave me a booking confirmation and no payment before the visa was ok . But i was at the embassy ( In Norway ) today and that hotel was only for Thais and military .. So i could not use that ..  

Hope someone can help me out ????

Hello everyone! I'm a newbie-been a member for awhile ,but just a reader! I too am moving to the area in Dec.with my wife,Her family lives there and we have a home there also-I've been back and fourth fo the last 15 yrs-still not really up to date on the area -But I have had a good steak on Sunday's at The New York Steak House,A very nice German man owns it -And he put's in a ELVIS dvd when we go!It's great!!The area that our is in is passed the sugar factory-POT FANG, I think that is the way to say it? Getting tired of the u.s. and feel time to go,can't seem to stay water here.Really looking forward to meeting some english speaking people,I only really know of the gentlemen I spoke of,at the steak house.And of course I will be in need of some direction when we get there,The family is alot of help -but being American,I can be very inpatent, which I know does not help!We built our house in 2000, and had hope to be there before now -but that's life. Ever year we go we clean and spur up,and do a little more-the home's next to us often wonder if there to stay or just play!Come Dec this year we're there to stay!Look foreward to meeting those of you in the area.
