Does it mean that if we end up paying Thai taxes that we are entitled to Thai Benefits as a tax-payer (not that there would be much)?

Thais with a register Company for business accounts or for Personal accounts the need to register NDID with local bank (again Thais's only) so the farang Thai Paypal account will disappear later this year...unless there is another u-turn in the road.
