  1. No i am still here and not going to hide somewhere. As i already said i have nothing to hide here.

And now i know even more truth but can not share with you, people, sorry.

It is really up to everyone to think what they want. When you know the truth and know that it is useless to assure anyone who does not really care.

My good friend always told me NOT to judge anything until one knows all backgrounds.

I am anyhow still here waiting when actually someone will give a really good advise! Not just b***ing around!!

Has the chemistry teacher had his collar felt as well?.....He certainly seems to have disappeared....whistling.gif

  2. mcrabs I don't know what normal human sympathy is, I show more compassion for a dog. I sure don't have any sympathy for this guy and normally people that mix with this type could be same.

he who does not have a sin behind can throw stones at me...

My opinion is that as long as you are not mixed up in it, it is a good deed you are doing to support your friend. He screwed up and while his mistake is bigger than most and the consequences greater, it is good he is not totally alone.

    thanks man! really thanks!!

  3. Just a word of caution.Do not play judge & jury, coincidences do happen. Please use common sense when posting.

Indeed, and this may be a coincidence. It is likely that if the authorities were to investigate MrKrabs, they would discover that he truly is or was a volunteer at a rural school as he claims and the items were for said purpose. My point was simply to point out that he should exercise caution so that others do not make assumptions, given that it is quite a coincidence.

well thanks a lot guys for your concern again. i have nothing to hide here. or you think somebody is dumb enough to post smth relating to drug manufacturing on the biggest forum of Thailand???

is there anyone out there who actually knows what is normal human sympathy?

  4. I've read this thread a few times and come to realise I'm only reading it because I'm hoping the OP will post to let us know the child involved is being cared for by someone who will put his interests first and foremost.

Nothing else is of value here in my view.

no worries guys))) child goes back to his mother in Germany in couple of days so he will be safe and far...

  5. yaba and ya ice are a huge problem among students not just on the islands but everywhere in Thailand. I speak from personal experience as one of our relatives started using yaba at the age of 15. If he's got any brain cells left now, at the age of 25, I cant tell. Don't be naive about this kind of drug use in Thailand, the govt acknowledges its a huge problem.

    unfortuaty you r right !

and helping people that have been charged with dealing is not on the list of my priorities.

well guys thanks a lot for advise and for concern about a harsh topic like this. i am just here to say that he IS really a good person. everyone that knows him can confirm. and ... AGAIN he did not sell drugs to anybody. he just tried to hide his own addiction from anyone knowing that it is not good and even dangerous when buy such stuff.

as for me: i do not accept any drugs. just another crazy fisherman))) even valium, is not for me but we have to accept the fact that sometimes there really exist cases that are out of mind and when you just do not know all reason - it does not make sense..

anyhow i still am very proud of having a friend like him in spite of fact and charges.. we are all just human..

  6. your friend is in a bit of a bad situation,

he may not be a drug dealer, but if he manurfacturing for persoanal use, they will still look down at this as deling ( around 20-30 years in prison )

do you know how far down the land the procedings are? does he have money, or can get access to money?, as there may still be some timeframe to pay the correct people even if this just allows bail

i think police is still making papers for the court on Samui. as far as i know his parents willing to pay bail and asap!!! if u know smth - write in private

  7. Everybody saw in newspapers or TV a German guy who is charged with manufacturing and selling ice. He is a very good friend of mine and i need some advice for him to help. I know that authorities on KP decided to make the show off case on him. All i can say that he is not a drug dealer first of all. And second - he has a 9 year old son here. I talk to people to find out what can be done to get bail hearing faster so that he can spend some days with his child before German authorities take a child away from him forever!!!!This guy is not a a bad person but just another poor drug addicted soul. This situation made him understand what has he done bad. NOT selling drugs!!!

I just need some advice of any kind

Should i bring his son to visit in prison?

What lawyer is ambitious enough to make such a "big deal" case?

Is there a possibility to bail him out as long as his son is here?

    What people say about?

Please help with advise, at least.

  8. Hi

Me and my 9 year old son will be heading to Cheow Lan Lake in three days or so. Our plan is staying some days at the lake, mainly for fishing purposes. Snakeheads, Jungle Perchs, or Catfish would be our favorite target.

We would love to stay at some nice rafthouse on the lake. I was reading quite a lot about those, and people say mainly, they are not very much comfortable. Well we would just like as nice as possible and should not pass 1000baht per night pp.

And the most important we would appreciate a lot all suggestions about fishing tours. Day or night does not matter, are always ready. I guess this would be done best by a boat, whch hopefully we can rent with a guide.

Please let us know about any experience you have ,made there and maybe have some contact data, or price details or general details about all this.

    Thanks

  9. Hey there

well, we have guests and would love to hire a boat for 1 - 2 days around phi phi. We come from Suratthani, so Krabi or Phucket, etc. would be fine. At latest we can start the following tuesday.

We do not want a driver, but want to go by ourselves. Hopefully someone knows, if there is any chances to make this happen, and let me know about it.

    Thanks for your help!

    Cheers

    mrkrabs

  10. I got it in my home country before. Yeah, now since rules have changed again, I guess only a tourist visa or edu visa would be possible. My home country is Germany by the way.

Currently we are in Chiang Rai, but in 3 weeks will head back to Koh Phangan.

At now we just passed the Myanmar border the other day, since our visa ran out a week ago.
