Many people go there just for the healthy food. You don't have to do the detox. Personally it's not up my alley either (pardon the pun). The owner is an American, although the prices have crept up over the last few years, still well priced be western standards. As for 15000 a week for not eating, I would give that a miss myself. That is a lot of money that can be spent on good healthy food, steam room there and good massages. In my book that's the best way to detox. Lastly don't do the detox solely as a reason to lose weight, my friend said that whatever you lose you put back on more or less straight away

That's a myth that installs a false belief in someone. Even non-smokers think giving up smoking is one of the hardest things to do. It's these mental barriers that make it so hard to give something up.

You simply stop. You go through nicotine withdrawal for a few days (feel shitty, like the flu, etc) and you're done. It's actually the nicotine leaving the body that creates the craving for another cigarette. This process normally takes around an hour, hence a smoker normally smokes a ciggie every hour. Once you realise that smoking simply doesn't do anything, it's easy to stop. A smoker is simply trying to get to the state of a non-smoker. Allan Carr likens it to putting on tight shoes just to take them off.

You need to break the mental barrier first (hence the allan carr method) - then go through the couple of day withdrawal, which is no worse than having a cold for a few days.

Don't worry about running it in, complete opposite, this is hi-tec machinery, 9000RPMS all the way mate, and as for oil, palm or coconut oil will make it pur like a kitten. In fact my local hole in the wall give me their left overs at the end of the night, kapow enriched palm oil will make that beast blast anything away. Good choice mate.
