There is one certain thing. No thais saw a white jazz and definitely no thai saw someone walking in on the propriety especially at midnight where most of them are either sleeping or drunk. My Thai lady landlord has a mortgage on the house I rent and a small income from Belgium, that's been getting smaller this year (exchange rate).

So she decided to put my rent up by 15% and my neighbors rent up by 15%

We both declined and have given our notice.

If she misses renting either property for 1 month in the next year, she will have less than she started with.

She is also advertising the houses for sale at 50% more than either is worth, and that's if any houses on our estate were selling.

the owner of 7/11 is part of a multinational chain. His only role is to put money and let people do his job. He has someone hired to clean public toilets. People who own and take care of their business most often have to clean their own toilets.

Mcdonalds or Big western family restaurants(which dont exists in thailand) are fine obviously. They dont have a real owner who is trying to make money, just a multinational already banking with a lot of turn over client wise, so the staff is prepared to wash the toilets often, unlike smaller places.

I bought an HDMI 1.8m cable from invadeIT for 390THB earlier this month. You must be thinking of another brand/product. Lots of stuff on the market.

They cleared it up. Their thai supplier stopped sending them those cheaper cables and the ones they have is from a over expensive company.

Those cheap websites look like they are run by 12year olds. I would not trust them with a single baht.

They might be legit now, but ONE day someone will steal your information on one of those websites(so easy to hack, or one of the poor workers) they day it happens, i wont be one of the victims.

Women do not want to be acosted in their daily life, if they want to meet you, they'll go to a pub, bar, club, art exhibit or wherever people join in for discussion. A women walking down the street does not want you to talk to her unless you are a wealthy, educated and are 9/10 physique wise.
