I'd like to introduce Penny's Homestay. We are primarily a hotel, but we do serve food, simple Thai favourites such as pad thai, tom yum, curries etc. We also do breakfast. We have a pool and play areas that guests can use and a gym. We are located about 200m north of the bar strip and Ban Chang Palace hotel heading out of town on the right hand side, Tesaban 4. It is not my intention to spam however my wife and I run a Dog Friendly Home Stay in Ban Chang, Rayong. We have secure compound, pool, gym, large, nicely furnished rooms with all mod cons. Just hire a larger car then you won't have to worry about anything and it will be more comfortable for everyone. Try finding a company with a Toyota Avanza, or Wish, Innova if you have more money to spare.

I bought a bike with all paperwork green book etc but the seller has gone overseas and the page with his visa stamp has expired. Can I still transfer the bike? Office says no. I am still in touch with the seller via email.

It is the ISP they have blocked it. I had the same problem as the OP but using a proxy server I had no problem getting in.
