Sent 2 mill from thailand to australia in 2013 bank to bank, from memory kasikorn bank (central festival shopping mall pattaya) would only let me send around 1 mill baht per transaction and charged around 1000 baht each time, sent the other mill a few weeks after the first. Overall had no problem with Kasi even though i thought i would encounter some problem.

Shame on you Thailand for your incompetent fake outcome, it is deeply disrespectful and unforgivable. You have lost face in the eyes of the world forever and are now as guilty as the criminals involved !!!!!!!!

Longest I have parked in the undercover paid parking is 37 days - pay per day at THB 250/day
I never had a problem... I believe there is free parking but not covered, I think (but open to correction) the shuttle bus from the free parking area has been stopped... so not sure if you might have to walk to the terminal.
Agree with Samaaw 100%, the process is simple and safe.

Cris you are lucky ..wonder why the others didnt chase you down if you crashed through a few of them scratching their bikes up and losing face.

The moral of the story: Simply don't invest with the locals in any way shape or form.
Every single situation is an "OPPORTUNITY" and until thats realised stories like this will always keep us amused but never surprised ...stamp it on your foreheads in case you ever forget it.

You can always change your name to "ATM" ..im sure they won't forget that one although Farang means the same thing in their eyes. At the moment its sounds like your coming about 6th on the list of importance and acceptance right after the pet dog = reality.

Didn't occur on Australian soil so its no-one else business in oz what happened ...the country is too over politically correct.
I think i was 13 my first time ...the girl 19, my dad told me to get out there and grab it while you can so i did ...maybe he should be prosecuted too?
Surely there are more serious issues to deal with for what goes on within Australia such as all the illegals entering the country bringing in even more relatives living better than the locals and supported by local taxpayers plus the disfunctional government be held accountable for ruining the country and so many businesses that have gone south recently and then pay these politicians huge retirement packages annually for the rest of their lives.
Instead of focusing on real justice we focus on a 13 year old who got his rocks off ..........high 5 bro !!!!!!

all of these over dramatized squealing ladyboys remind me of blood thirsty vampires. The only difference is blood is replaced by baht at any cost, however in most cases including this one both were sought

What a fantastic "Bandaid" fix that will scare the pants off those jet ski scammers for a few minutes at least.
How about the police setting up a hotline number and a designated task force who come in heavy and eliminate (not investigate BS) and seperate the standoff period and fine the operators for scamming.
The existing number for the tourist police and their involvement is a joke, all they do is eat donuts and watch tv and point you in other directions.
All jetski's should have mandatory large stickers on each side of their jetskis clearly advertising the hotline number and any that don't be heavily fined or their jet skis confiscated from their business for a few days.
If they were serious about it they would do more, ..oops the Bandaid just fell off in the water.

Greedy staff with their own financial agenda wouldn't have helped this business turn into a cess pool either, the staff just can't be trusted with all kinds of various prices for additional things with their commissions tacked on hoping you will fall for their price, they just can't help themselves especially those bitchy lady boys they unwisely hired should be enough to raise the alarm with any fool.

2 dudes i know married to thais in my town are living very unhappy lives. The only thing these thai's care about are themselves, own family, a material world and what their butthead friends think of them on Facecock, if they don't get their way or what they want they physically attack, torment, blackmail and abuse their partners until they are mentally unstable and cave in. Not hard to work out on the list of most important things in their lives their husbands come about 9th on the list right behind the pet dog.
Cavemen had it easier, and the very reason why a "club" was the first thing ever invented.
