my wife which is thai wishes to live with me in my state.

we got a request she needs to provice a police clearance statement

we got a statement from them saying :

".. is a person with no behavior endangering the peace and order or the security of the state"

i was at my friend's who did the same process 6 years ago his statement saying :

"..so far has neither criminal record nor activity in our police files, which may endanger the public safety of thaild"

my questions are :

1. is the letter content changing from time to time ?

2. did i ask for the wrong document ?

3. my internal affairs say the words "has no criminal record" dont appear in the statement. how can i convince them that it is what they give ?

we are immigrating her to my country and we will live here for the first couple of years , atlist thats the plan

can anyone tell me what will be the rights of the children we hopefully will have in thailand ?

will they automatically be thai because their mother is thai ?

OK two things here. First, if you entered on your German Passport, then leave on it - otherwise you will be an overstay. Second, ignore them, it is perfectly legal for you to have more than one nationality - Thailand accepts dual nationality (the PM is for starters!). My wife and kids have two passports. They enter/leave Thailand using their Thai passports, and enter/leave the UK using their British ones. No problems in 12 years doing this. He who must not be named was born in the USA, so may well have two passports also (anyone know for sure?)

I believe the problem is due to a confusion. From what I have been told, dual National children can choose to drop their Thai nationality in favour of their foreign one at 19, but be totally dual prior to that. However, my understanding of this is its a choice, and if not taken, that person continues as a dual national.

in order for the kid to have a thai passport will he have to be born in thailand or can he be born outside thailand while his mother is thai national and his father a farang ?

If he is from Israel he can now visit the Muslim countries that were off-limits with an Israeli passport, such as Malaysia.

well , thats true but when he got his thai citizenship his skin colour and body shape didnt change so he will allways have difficulties explaining he is a thai and not farang

like if he is an american booldozer and enters an arab country he will be seen as an american and not as thai no matter what the papers show

i want to send money via paypal to my girlfriend (not wife) so she will send it to her bank account from her paypal account.

i do this to avoid the fees that banks take for money transfer.

is there a legal problem ? does she need to explain to anyone where the money came from to her account?
