Yes with lazada I only pay cash on delivery, but saying that its not like lazada let's you check it first before you pay the driver. But generally the price is a bit cheaper than a store purchase. But hassle we try to avoid....if we can. ????

Yes I tried this and worked for me I did the same but used old sock with the big ball in and again a little fishing line as I didn't fancy walking around up there, and like you said you can pull the socks or bags back to refill if you had to.

Hi I used the little white balls that you use for the mens toilets smells like moth ball or camphor ball you can buy them in the markets very cheap I just throw a handful into that roof space it gives of a vapour that put off rats, mice, and many other critters it's worth a try, it worked for me. Yes I've used Rust - Oleum it's very good, I gave it two coats very good body in the paint.

I know many guys who seem to compete with each other as to what little  they can spend each month, myself I spend enough to live well, but remember what my mum n dad said don't spend it all save a little, I would think that not to many die skint and that there was more money that they could have used but didn't.

Don't start a business here unless you have more money than you need, and your not worried about losing it. Me I came here to enjoy and not worry about the Thai community trying to take it off me.

most if not all my friends only rent its less hassle, if you get sick or problem arise you can just walk away. It's very different when you get a property after all we don't need problems do we.

I have a tyre pressure pen and set my bike about 30psi runs very well now, but I've been to small garages by the side of the road and got them to put some air in my tyre's when I checked it had about 70psi, he said its better for Thai roads so I tried it and the bike was bouncing down the road, I would suggest check the pressure your self, oh yes the gauges in the road shops don't exist there they kick the tyre and say OK farlang bye bye

They should get a TV company to find the renters to do name and shame with an interview as to why they live like this, see if the  they can explain.. Like we're all lazy <deleted> and this is the new normal.

. But now I use PayPal zoom or I find transferwise a little bit better, could you not bring cash over then change when you want ????

Hello I also used transferwise to send money from the UK it's sent in bhat direct to my kasikorn bank very quickly and cheapest  I found so far, also the kasikorn band don't charge to receive bhat, sterling account did before and you have to pay a yearly charge if your sterling goes below a certain amount, by far transferwise is the best for me, second would be PayPal zoom it's slightly more expensive ????

Hi I agree just show both passports then your OK, once at the first opportunity go to immigration for me it's jomtiem and they transfer it over from the old to the new passport ????
