Hi raro,
I think that the solution you've mentioned is a little bit expensive... It seems to me that's an important investment.
I advise you to have a look at TioLive. It has all the accounting features required to run a business (including invoicing, inventory, sales orders, etc) and it also runs contacts and CRM. Maybe it can be a great solution for you.
Moreover, regarding pricing, you don't have to pay anything. The registration is for free with no limit of user and no limit in time.

Hi,
The solution I advise you is not meant especially for Mac but according to me it can be better: it is an online software. This feature enables you to connect to your data from any computer.
It's called TioLive and it perfectly runs inventory (giving you accurate overview of past and present inventory -giving you estimation of your future one). It manages sales orders, invoices, it automatically generates the balance sheet at the end of the year, etc. Moreover, you don't pay any monthly fees. Indeed, you can perfectly run your business on the free version.

Another option you can think about is a competitor of Quickbooks whose name is TioLive. Like Quickbooks, it is an online solution. TioLive only requires your registration and then, you can use it. But if you want to know more about it, just register (for free) and test it.

I agree with Valjean, an hosted online solution could have been a good solution -even for a kind of subsidiary.
Still, which solution was choosen by your international company? Which solution do you now use?
