I need to buy some English story books to help my daughter along with her English, something along the lines of Ladybird books. Are there any shops in Pattaya that sell them?

Does anyone know where I can get more info on starting up a 7-11 ?

I have a piece of land and was thinking of building a shop ready for a 7-11, could this then be rented back to them ?
