Taking over a company costs you just the same as starting a new one. With a new company you don't get the worry that there is some bad debts or a potential lawsuit out there waiting for a new owner with $. Sunbelt Asia set up my pal with a new company.:jap:

Anyone know the laws on restaurants selling beer/spirits in the afternoons in Thailand? Seems to be lots of buzz about police stepping up enforcement.

Are there any threads covering what I do and the process? Didn't get paid final 2 months of my job then got notice I was terminated as of Sept. 30th. Worked there for 2 years so I think I get 3 months of severance also.

They found me a nice apartment and got the owner to revise the lease to fit my needs.
My friend used them to start his Thai business and got him his visa/work permit with no problems at all. There may be cheaper firms but in the legal business you get what you pay for...:jap:

why. the Yellow shirts and Bangkok rich will simply have a coup when the red-shirts win another election. Taskin would win in a landslide and they know it so they keep delaying so they can insert as many pro-Yellow shirt Judges into office and the bureaucracy so they can hinder his return.
