    Whey? Of course it is, why do u think it exists? To get money from bodybuilder-wannabes?

    2.3kg of whey concentrate (80% protein content) costs in Thailand about 2k baht.

    Chicken meat, for example, have about 30% protein in it, wanna do the math?

    And don't even let me get started on the prices for whey in Europe, unflavored 80% concentrate costs around 1k baht for 2.5kg (yes, more than 2 times cheaper than in this "cheap" country, what a joke).

  2. As it was mentioned in a previous post, diet is nothing good without some life changes. Yup - exercises and healthy food. While u trying to "avoid" stuff, I actually eat KFC on regular basis and get nothing bad from doing so.

    Carbs = life. No carbs = death.

    Is that so difficult to understand as a mature person? Here's moar of rocket science:

    Less carbs = less cals = weight loss.

    Moar carbs = moar cals = weight gain.

    Why would someone try to avoid carbs? There is a reason people eat food - it is Basal Metabolic Rate, which is an amount of cals burned a day, without any activities included. If u consume less cals than ur BMR is, u lose weight. Doesnt mean u dont have to eat carbs, fats and protein at all, u will die doing so. Healthy Carbs to Fats to Protein ratio is 40/30/30. Thats all to it, srsly, not a rocket science, and google+wiki is always there to help anyone.

  4. Google thaimuscle, they got Ultimate Nutrition's Prostar Whey, a very good product. I live on whey only, and usual food became my supplement now, never felt greater. I used to have a peptic ulcer and living with it in thailand was such a pain, until I started taking whey protein. I have no health problems whatsoever now. Phukethealthshop also got a variety of good wheys and free delivery in thailand. Don't even think about anything from GNC shops that u can find at any mall, those are real crap.

    Btw its all natural stuff, whey protein is made from milk, there is also casein protein and egg protein available. Sure u can go for "natural" sources like nuts and meat, but get ready to spend loads of money on that (and I mean LOADS) and they are also full of other things, that are NOT protein, but gonna affect ur body a lot (talking bout fats, carbs, unwanted cals, etc.)

    Again, protein shakes cost nothing, have nothing unwanted in them, take no time to prepare/consume and absorb fast and easily. It's ur choice - be successful or go full retarded...

  5. How old are u? Thats some crazy stuff u doin, all that u lost now is going to come back twice as fast...

    I can believe ur still alive, this is some good methods to get an ulcer. Good old resistance training is the healthiest way to lose fat and look good. You have probably slammed your metabolism rate lower than anything...

    Keep this updated, gonna be interesting to see u go from 71 to 80 in 5-7 days when u start to eat normal stuff.
