  1. Hi guys.

    Can somebody help me out?

Everytime I want to obtain a new visa,I'm travveling to Pnhom Penn. and go to the Thai embassy.

Normally I have to wait about 2 days before getting my Thai visa.

Sometimes staff from some guesthouses can go for you to the embassy for about 10 dollar, and sometimes I go myself.

My question to you guys is :

''Does somebody knows a guesthouse or travelagent who provides the same service in Sihanoukville, and If yes, what does it cost?'

I've also seen different agents offering the smame service in poipet.

I really don't want to go all the way to PP,I'd rather go to Snooky.

    Thanks already guys.

    cheers!

  2. Hi guys,

Can anybody tell me where I can buy household ammonia?

In my country they sell it in the supermarket, but here I ve never seen it.

I used it all the time,in Holland, for cleaning the windows, toilet and floors, and even my aquarium.

I ve looked in several stores, but I can t find it.

    Can somebody help me out?

    thanks already guys

  3. Hi everybody,

I was hoping that somebody has the right information.

I have to make a visa trip (again) to apply for a non imm. B visa.

Usually I go to Phnom Penn but I want to see something new.

I planning to fly to Udon Thani and grab a taxi/bus/train to Nong Khai, and cross the border, and go to Vientiane.

My question is : Does anybody know how long the procedure takes in Laos?I need to know that for booking a return ticket, and how much money I have to bring.

In Cambodia it s usually 3 days, but you can speed up the process by paying a little bit extra.

Is this the same in Laos?

    Thanks already guys.

  4. I think you guys are jealous on the Dutch, because we at least came to the worldcup finals.

For a country that is really small,we are well known.

We are the world leaders in making boats, bridges, tunnels, dykes, cheese ,marihuana, xtc and many more

I am from Rotterdam, and i find it insulting what you guys speak about the Dutch IQ s.

I have my own company herein Thailand, and am not a whining.type.

We are integer people and we not show off.

We have a well known saying:

''Just do normal, then you are already crazy enough''

Yes the IQ is very low, they even make shoes from wood haven't they heard of leather?

Dont you know.. that is to keep afloat when the water is rising.

And yet they still live where the water will rise....

  5. Last week i had to go and make a non im b visa in Phom Penn, this time i was wanted to do it myself, instead of an agent.

All around in PP they try to hassle you for a non im b visa for 1 year varying from 235 dollar up to 350 dollar for a one year visa.

Normally for a tourist visa it isnt a problem, and it is finished in 1 day.

I wanted to apply for a b visa this time because i ve just setup my own business and require it for the workpermit..

I went to the embassy the on morivon blvd, and the prices were as followed :

    transit visa >>>>>30 dollar

tourist visa >>>> 35 dollar single entry

tourist visa >>>> 70 dollar for a double entry.

    b visa >>>> 65 dollar for a 3 months b visa

    B visa >>>>> 175 dollar for a one year b visa

    B visa >>>>> 350 dollar for a 3 years visa

But a 1 year or 3 year b visa for a pick up for the same day can only be done with an airplane ticket (and even then it s difficult).

The other option was for a 3 month B visa, and extend it in Thailand for 1900 baht ( i called the immigration in thailand while i was waiting in PP)

So I came there, andthey told me to come back around 3 o clock then my visa would be finished.so i came back and the visa wasn t finished, then they told me to come back the next morniong 10 o clock, and again no visa, then finally i had to come back at 3 o clock again.

I came back at 3 o clock and they told me to come back again tommorrow(and i paid 10 dollar for same day delivery),and got so angry!!!

because i had a business meeting the next day so i couldn t stay longer, normally it would take 4 days without the same day delivery.

I got so angry and i picked up a chair and treathend them that i would throw it trough the window if it wasn t finished that day and suprisingly they told me come back 16.30.

ANd at last it was finished, but these fuc_kers would nt give me back me originally documents from my business hat i need.

I gave them a copy and the original documents, and they would nt give any of them back.

But i was so happy already that i had my visa so i thought fuc_k it.

I went back to thailand and called my lawyer, she called the ministery of foreign affairs and they called the embassy in PP.

Now the papers are send baack to my lawyers ofiice, and the staff of the embassy got a slap on the wrist from the thai government.

So my advice is for a tourist visa you can go to PP,but for B visa GO TO LAOS!!!

I went from pattaya to poipet and from poipet with the taxi to PP the duration was 10 hours and cost me 1000 baht for cambo visa + 250 baht for minivan form pats to poippet, and from poipet to PP for 50 dollar private taxi and 5 dollar tip.

And back I went from PP to koh kong/haadlek border and from haad lek to trat and from trat to pattaya, and it took me 14 hours and cost me 26 dollar .

I really hate this country and decided it was the last time i would go to PP,i get crazy from the hassle s the weed salesmen, and the extreme heath.

The only nice place in cambodia is Sihanoukville what in my opinion could become a major tourist destination,if the connectivity improves (with direct flights from bangkok)

So what i did is take the 3 months business visa, and extend in thailand at the immigration for only 1900 baht.

So it is cheaper to extend for a year in LOS and purchase 3 moth visa, then purchase directly a 1 year b visa.it saves you about 50 dollar, and its valid for 15 months

I hope you all enjoyed this report, and hopefully it s usefull to somebody, because i cuold nowhere find the visa fees in the whole site and on google.

  6. Where to find a good school for the dutch/belgian mvv visa (civic integration course)?

I want to take my girlfriend to Holland for a long stay.

Two of my friends recommend the Dutch visa Learning center,in Bangkok.

Their girls took the course ,and both passed easy for the exam on the Dutch embassy, and the course was only 5 weeks.

They had really nice rooms for the student at an affordable price. But i want more suggestions to make a choice.

this is the school wat was reccommended to me www.dutchvisalearningcenter.com

    Anyone suggestions?
