Cleaner street food needed to draw tourists
There is no such thing as clean street food, it is prepared and cooked in a uncontrolled environment, with many variables involved, road dust, vehicle exhausts, stray animals hanging around.
So no one can guarantee cleaner street food unless it is removed from the street.
Of course production of quality food, hygienic standard and cleanness can be controlled and up-scaled.
Educate street vendors!
Educate restaurant staff and operators!
Educate people involved in this acivities!
Educate clients and customers!
We see street food all over the world, Hot-Dog stands, Hamburgers, Sausages, Pizza’s, Japanese food mobile, on food cars etc. and all of them are well organized, clean and on standard. (But what is standard?)
But the problem sits much deeper; uneducated and non food trained officials, corruption, and many other things may plays a big issue to organize this huge, multibillion dollar business, well.

Guarantee? You will have NO guarantee eating cleaner food in your favorite restaurant!

I have tried this pizza as I liked the idea, but found it to be mediocre at best. Best of luck though. Maybe it is catering to Thai taste and that is fine but there are many pizzas in Bangkok better than this.

Where did you get the truck made. I want one. Do not want to go go into competition I will use it in the boonies! I don't care if it makes money or not what a cool idea! PM how much the set up cost you.

Thai Rath said the fire broke out at 4:40 am on the second floor of the pub, which is a discotheque. The place was still full with Thai and foreign tourists when the blaze broke out.
hhhmmmm I am wondering? 04:40 AM. Phuket seems to have special operating hours. ;-O

Chalerm made known his determination right a meeting with tourist police, senior officials from the Tourism and Sports Ministry and governors of tourist-destination provinces at the Royal Thai Police headquarters. Attending the one-hour meeting were the governors of Phuket, Ayutthaya, Nakhon Ratchasima, Khon Kaen, Chiang Mai, Ubon Ratchathani, Sukhothai, Tak and Kanchanaburi.
it seems that Pattaya's/Chonburi's officials were not invited to join this meeting. I am just wondering!

I was back at the mobile pizza place yesterday, late afternoon for an early dinner. My appetite was looking for some new, more exotic, something different, another pizza topping.
I pleased the lovely pizzaiola for assistance and finally, ...we designed this mouthwatering new pizza topping
Pizza base spread with home made pizzaiola sauce and in virgin olive oil marinated finely chopped garlics and parsley, topped with red onion rings and covered with a good portion of fresh mozzarella cheese!

Smokie how do you know what there customers will pay? Are you the fortune teller on the corner? Again if they cannot afford to eat it then dont eat it. I see may thai's eating Yanni Pizza at much higher prices and Pizza company at much higher price's. Have you opened your eye's yet? Maybe you dont want to pay that, but why should the owner not make money?
I don't want to eat a whole pizza while I'm walking down the street. Frankly I'd pay 100 Baht a slice IF I thought it worth the money.
