Thank you everyone for taking the time to answer.
I have found a few answers to my question.
Posting here for others:
If you are using Mobile Banking than you can simply Scan the QR Box INSIDE, the one next to the Bar Code and the amount you have to pay.
The one OUTSIDE is for objecting to the authorities, in case you believe something is not correct.
I had to install first the Mobile Banking App.
I usually use IBanking from the PC, so when I scanned the QR Code with my phone, no Banking App opened as I did not have any installed.
After I installed the MBanking App and scanned directly from inside this App I got automatically a payment set up by the App.
Just had to check and confirm, actually really easy.
As an alternative I have been told you can go to City Hall or where you would usually go for Government Tax related items.
Also People told me that you can pay at any Bank Branch and even a 7-Eleven might work.
I guess with the possibility to just scan the QR Box all those places might be able to do this for you.
So the bottom line is: Easy, once you know how it can be done.
I hope this reply helps some of you who have/had the same question.

Hi wifey got it in the mail. There is a QR code on the page.
We have Bangkok Bank and when I scanner the QR code it opened in the Bangkok Bank app. and I just sent it as suggested in the app.
Probably works with other banks.
Think i used the Line app to scan the code.
Thank you Carlyai

Thanks Chip
I guess I could pay at City Hall here in Town.
But considering that this is now going to be a yearly thing it would be great to do it Online or just having to pop into a Bank and pay like this.
Based on replies here I will just try the Banks first once the are open again after the Holidays today and tomorrow...

After some confusion in 2020 I have received about 10 Days ago the blue Land and Building Tax assessment/bill.
From what I understand there are many possibilities where you can pay, even Online.
However, I can not find any information to whom I should make such payment.
Name, Account Number etc.
Also I understand that I can pay cash by using the pay slip they sent.
Does anyone know if I can do that at any Bank or do I need to go to a Krung Thai Bank?
If anyone has done this already and figured out the details of Online or direct payment at a Bank I would be thankful if you could share the details.
This is the first year (for me anyway) that I have to pay this Tax, and as so many things here, once done one time....peace of cake next year...

Been today to renew at the Banglamung Land Transport Office.
Walked in at 8:30 and was booked for 9:30 hours.
On the Registration Desk they have now a Notice up that from the 04. January 2021 no walk ins will be accepted anymore. Everyone to book an appointment via the Smart Queue App.
Not sure off course it this is a Covid thing or if that is the future now.

Looking for a recommendation for a Car repair Shop in the Pattaya Area for an Exhaust repair.
Straight forward Job of joining two pipes together, probably by welding.
Would like to get a recommendation for a Shop that can do it safely....either on the Car or by taking the Exhaust off first.
I found some small places along Sukhumvit Rd. who will do it cheaply...just not sure if they do it safely for my Car Electronics.
Any ideas?

Foreigners get ready to leave Thailand.
Slowly but surely more and more Thais are being turned against everything non Thai.
Soon all Foreigners will be made to wear GPS Trackers....
Why not just pin a Yellow Star on each Foreigner?
Oh, yes, that has already been done somewhere else....and Thais do not look outside their Country.
May I suggest a different colour then....still same Concept...

BS. It's well written and contains the core point of getting tourism back on track: Thailand is [manageably] corvid free, now number one since NZ got a setback last week. And since Thailand is a popular tourism mecca (unlike Fiji, another corvid free destination), it promises to be a destination of choice for the world's pent up retirees, with unaffected incomes, waiting with baited breath to once again travel. The only thing needed is to preclude 14 day quarantines upon arrival -- a definite show stopper. Thus, once we get a an effective, near instantaneous test that can be administered prior to entering the jetway, well, why can't we be positive about Thailand's tourism future....?
Not possible to test 1 time only.... incubation time will not go away.
Cheap and plenty Quarantine Hotels and Home Quarantine under supervision will allow Long Stay foreigners to return.

Why do so many here not understand that the Thai Elite Visa is not for People married or over 50 years old?
If you are in those groups obviously the Elite Visa has not much to offer you.
Why insult people who are not married and still young (and wealthy) enough so that this Visa is one of the only alternative there is?
Maybe some posters should look 8n the mirror before the call others stupid.

Sorry but you have no clue. Some of us are not retired and have to work in order to pay bills. Not everyone can just walk away from a paying Job when ever they want and return to Thailand. Not if they want to work for this company again....

As many have said... there are other places that offer more and much closer to home. In my case I have to admit that I was so fixed on Thailand that I keep forgetting what we have in Europe. May that be for a Holiday or for Living...
COVID certainly helped me to put more value also on my home country. I am stuck in Europe now... and it ain't all bad....

Mass tourism is possible with a lower baht, no covid-19 free certificates and insurance. Countries that had a large amount of tourists visiting will need to up their game to attract people back, it's going to cut throat with the economic slide. A lot of people will stay closer to home due to the situation, some people will be scared to fly, long haul may revert back to the intrepid travellers, hopefully the families with young children won't be flying long haul again.
Don't forget that flying might get expensive. If this happens then no cheap Holiday flights for the entire Family to Thailand will be available anymore.

I was married to a Thai for 6 years, didn't have a joint account but I let her use my atm card. The account was drained when she took off with another mug.
That is why you should have more than 1 Bank Account.
One is the Main account and the other for ongoing expenses.
Draining the second will then have little consequences to you...
Trust is good but Control is better.

Been in Poipet / Aranya... the last time many, many years ago.
I think it was 2005 or so.
No problem at this time and I did it together with my Thai Girlfriend of those days.
Not sure if it was relevant but I was on a Work Permit and can't really remember why I had do leave ... Company request.
As it was easy for me to drive to the Border myself I did not need a Border run Company....
Anyway, times change and I guess I would have just stayed for 1 Day in one of the Hotels there.
Traveling all the Way to SR and paying for a flight seems to me a bit excessive.
A nice Dinner and a stroll thru the Casinos seem to me the better use of my time and money.
At the very least I would have stayed in SR.
Pub Street is very nice for an evening out in SR.

The question is not really 5/(6) years versus 20 Years.
If you can see yourself here or returning to Thailand regularly 6 years down the road from today then go for the 20 Year Visa.
In 6 years you still do not qualify for any other Visa, unless getting married to a Thai.
So if you are likely to purchase a second 5 Year TE Visa in 6 years then by purchasing directly a 20 Year Visa you get 8 Years "free".
This will bring you over the threshold of 50 years and you can continue on a Non O.
If you decide life is better somewhere else and you have a bigger earning power there then you can afford having paid for the Visa.
So ask yourself: Is it likely that I still want to spend a significant time each year in Thailand 6 years from now?
PS:
I am over 50 and have a 20 Year PE Visa, purchased for 1 Million THB 2 years ago.
I can afford it, still working abroad and like being able to come and go like a local.

The whole Process worked well for me.
I did have some problems to get some information using the Web Page prior to finally make my decision to join.
But once I had contacted them directly and had a return E-mail address all was fine.
Got a Status update nearly every day and the whole thing was done faster than what I had planned...
I did pay per Bank Transfer...
This is Thailand...so my expectations where in line with that.
If it would have been "Home" then I would have expected more...
As a Member I have no reason to complain....only that I need to inform them before I can use the Departure Lounge is a bit strange.
i only use the Lounge if my time allows...and I do not always know that...

Well I guess it depends a bit for what reason you need the "Proof".
If your Condo Building has an Office they should be able to issue you with a Letter confirming that you are a Co-Owner.
With this Document you can then go to Chonburi Immigration (Jomtien) and get a "Residency Letter".
This will cost you THB 1900.- if I am not mistaken.
The Condo might also ask for a small fee e.g. THB 200.- or so.
The "Residency Letter" is what you would need as proof of residency for example if you want to apply for a Drivers License etc.
With the above I assume you do not have already a yellow house book.
For opening a Bank account the Bank might be OK with your Thai Driver's License if you already have one, so nothing more might be required at all.
