Not a lot they can do if a tree is on private land.
You country of birth was obviously a sad banana republic were people with money and private land could do as they please?
-
What about fitting these devices to ankles of all army officers over 40 years old so that democratically elected people can see that they are not coming too close to parliament buildings and have no contact with corporations like BBL, CP and Boonrawd to plan any future coups?

The single most important qualification to work for the Thai government is having no more than "half a brain". Bet that the turgid spoke at best a little bit of English. If you have elderly tourists or children they will not be fluent in English. The number of Dutch speaking tour guides are probably in the tens. This was most probably a man that was signed by the tour company on a Dutch or Belgian airport. Thos tourists are all putting glowing reviews on their Facebook and Twitter pages about Thai hospitality. Stupidity is the single most important commodity under MIB.

You mean the 90-day reporting failed to detect these guys?
Isn't this the reason we have to report every 90 days?? To catch the criminals.
You must be a very naif man, as if any criminal would report like you.

Attracted by the hookers and flashy lights they opted for Thailand and of all places Pattaya. Great thinking. Bet they used the same routine, same postoffice, same people for every delivery. Going for a country whose mail is routinely opened by Thai or European authorities is pretty weird.

It is all quite understandable not only is a helmet for the plebs, it is also meant to protect a brain. If you don't have one or only half a brain you subsequently do not need a helmet a cap will do.

Good choice. He looked at the TV and saw Merkel, he looked at the beach and he saw all his fellow Germans with big wives laying there, than he looked at his former GF and knew it death was a wise choice.

So the arrivals are not really up than? Why would a minister or Tourism authority come up with figures that span just 2 weeks. Of course there will be many more people due to the lunar new year. China is Prayuth's only ally. What about spending and what about a breakdown per country. Bet we will not see that after all 89% of 1514 respondents polled told they really had seen more foreigners in their street.
-
Of course he was acquitted of murdering a man by putting it on fire. He could not have known and besides we were talking red shirts here. No than we better go after ExPM Somchai who wanted to keep parliament open and under which tenure one yellow shirt died because his own bomb went off too early. Smooch looks to be held responsible for the death of such a criminal.
-
Right, Prayuth is not permitted to talk with someone wanted by the law. Really? So that is why he is talking to Souther insurgents accused of murdering women and children and that is why he spoke with Suthep many times. Besides Prayuth does not give a damn about the law otherwise he would not have committed treason by becoming a coup maker.

An old story published in prachtai days ago. But than again Prachatai will not be quoted too often here. It shows that corruption have gone through the roff, like it always goes when soldiers are in power. There are no longer checks and balances. Even in the Thai system one party will keep an eye on the other. This company is close to a certain top adviser and man that does not seem to die forever. The entire petroleum industry must be supported because they belong to the junta's (and Suthep's) biggest sponsors and let's be fair. The damage is done in Pheu Thai land in Izan, so villager are not worthy of any protection by the elite that made Thailand a backward country long ago.
-
Maybe Suriyasai also known as the PCAD goat can explain why Suthep and Abhisit have no time to go to court. Suthep was obviously having time enough for his long walks in Bangkok were he received stacks of money which he probably put in his own pocket for a large part. Maybe the (Anti) democrat party who only gets in power after their cronies raped democracy and who win never any elections can explain why no economic terrorist responsible for the airport occupation is prosecuted yet (No time? Delay needed?) and maybe they can explain why Prayuth never showed up while his men where held responsible by his own royalist courts for murdering peaceful demonstrators in Bangkok's streets.
Never take anyone serious who is closely related to the elite. They make these comments because it is their own tactic.
-
this kind of actions show that the Thai military is completely incompetent to run a country. Earlier today they helped evict villagers from an oil field that the junta give to a friendly petroleum company, they are harassing ex prime ministers and so on. A junta that is micromanaging the country will miserably fail (just like all other military governments in Thailand did).
It is all a big show which doesn't help the country any further. In the end nothing changes. I assume in tis case the military just put a competitor out of business.

Told is military speak for "ordered" China is Thailand's dictator's only ally. (Plus the North Korean ambassador who congratulated Paryuth with his accomplishments). So yes smearing poop requires patience. The question is from who. It is not going to work, just have a look tonight at all TV's that are being switched off when the dictator shows his face.
-
Soon we need to read poop smearing Chinese tourists for long staying Japanese tourists.
-
It seems that some Thai journalists are giving the Thai dictator real too much credit. Besides the fact that nothing will be constructed (The high speed railing became a medium speed link because the only country supporting the junta, China, had to be brought in against tremendous costs) the real story is here that the dictator ordered a feasibility study. Not more or less. It won't be feasible because no international investors would be willing to bet their money in any dictatorship. (Okay no dictatorship because people are asked for their opinion and are only jailed when they do not listen says the defence ministry).
-
First things first. The NACC had also no time yet to look into the airport occupation and need to persecute Yingluck and Somchai first. After all royalists blowing themselves up in taxis by their own bombs is due to election winners and a rice policy is only punishable by a long term prison term if it is done by others than democrat party members.
-
If anyone still believe the NACC is a non partisan organisation you should let yourself admit to a mental hospital. Somchai is in the dock for protecting democracy by trying to remove anti democratic elements trying to block parliament and gets sued because a yellow shirt (See Wikipedia) blew himself up with a homemade bomb in the taxi. Prosecutors not even under the illegal governments of Mark Abhisit refused to prosecute. Who were prosecuted though were those who committed mass murder on Bangkok streets in 2010. Numerous judges, the same judges who give royalist wet pants concluded soldiers were responsible for the death of many people this under the command of the current serial putsch maker and interior minister and the current junta leader as well Mark Abhisit and Suthep.
Prem is spot on. Courts take too long to prosecute politicians. That is of course when you are not a yellow shirt. No hurry still getting anyone in the dock for economic terrorism, hence, the airport occupation. George Orwell's ministry of truth is hard at work, ignorance is strength and freedom is slavery.

Annulling the double putschist is either incredible stupid or incredibly naif. His "true democracy" is of course nothing more than a sham to keep the people that made Thailand a backward country for most of its history in power and he doesn't do any man in uniform any good if he believes that locking up people in re-education camps to make them think like a soldier with half a brain that must act and not think is not an infringement on personal rights. Annulling finds it okay when he is taken hostage. It is not an infringement on his individual rights. Stupidity is clearly world's biggest commodity.

Constitution? It is a text that is not worth the paper on which it is written a real competent country does not write every decade a new constitution after they discovered that their elite can't no longer win elections.
In this new piece of legislation aimed at stealing the votes from the poor and lower middle class everything including transfers are political. The entire BS constitution they are working on is aimed to transfer those people who are yellow and have close links to the establishment. More political is not possible. Only ignorant people get fooled by the CDC

It is completely unimportant where people are charged for. Tere is no rule of law in Thailand and new laws are retroactively applied. it is like with any traffic cop who stops you. Ask what you have done wrong and he will say it does;t matter he is allowed to make anything up. There are so many scams going unpunished in Thailand, there are even people who have installed a National Assembly and claim it is a real parliament.

incompetence rules. Barriers everywhere the first sign three meters in front of the barriers.

The million dollar question: Did Nattawut and Chertchai succeed in changing the military's bad attitude towards human rights and freedom? If not the "attitude re-adjustment session was a waste of time and resources.

Thai police blame Red Shirt 'network' for Bangkok blasts
in Thailand News
Posted
Sure blame it on the red shirts. If the police chief was not corrupt (the man put his brother in charge of Pattaya) and if the police chief was not in bed with the military he would at least attempt to investigate. Why would a red shirt bomb a closed off parking lot where nobody can be hurt in the middle of the night on a weekend? To keep martial law going for a few more months?
What is next, the return of batman in the form of the men in black?
