Evening, I've tried contacting klm airlines but I can't get passed the robot. Bkk - AMS - LHR for a 5 year old. Does he require the pcr test.
If anyone knows I'd be grateful.
Thanks

Understand the hope for the best scenario but does anyone know the criteria for such a move.
Also I'm speculating about returning quickly to beat the deadline with my son (dual national) . Unfortunately we're waiting for my wife's visa (never travelled abroad). Arghh.

I'm travelling back to the UK supposedly mid July.
Anyone have any thoughts on whether Thailand will turn from yellow to red travel restrictions. That will mean quarantine hotel at £3000 for myself, wife and son who starts school in September.
Thanks

Morning
I'm seeking advice on my predicament.
I have to return to London in the next 4-6 weeks and am unsure of my return date. I could be 2-4 months. However, my non O based on thai child will expire on 22nd August.
Any suggestions on how to go about this situation or will I have to start again and return on a tourist visa.
Regards.

OK I thought as much thank you.
Maybe I caught her before her lunch break which is why she couldn't be bothered. All that causes is a sense of "I've had enough" of Thai immigration and that they don't know their own requirements.
This is my 5th renewal I've done so never needed an agent.
Thanks

Arggghhh
I've just been knocked back while applying for my non o visa renewal based on Thai son. I've put in over 40k per month from the UK for the last year thinking this was correct. Immigration officer said this needs to be accompanied by a letter from the British government. My income comes from property rental. Hopefully someone can inform me of the up to date rules.

He's british.
51 years old.
Part pension(personal) part rental income.
Bangkok bank = transfer wise.
What visa would you suggest he comes in on in April/or indeed October. Will that influence opening his bangkok bank account.
He can go to the Thai embassy London.

Hi all
My friend comes to Thailand in April for a month and then returns here in October to retire.
What is the best plan of action for setting up a new bank account then seeding (monthly65k) during the months up to October then to apply for a retirement visa.
Your help and thoughts/advice appreciated.
Thank you.

Hi all
I'm on a non o visa based on a Thai child and for the last few years have had over 400k in the bank. However my problem is that will change and will fall under the required limit.
My income is 70k per month from the UK.
My question is will this overseas income qualify as a monthly income of more than 45k but I'm sure I've read somewhere that this income must originate from Thailand.
Advice appreciated.

I have a triple entry tourist visa which runs out on the 28th April which I can extend by another 30 days.
I wish to convert under the 30 day consideration to a non o based on a thai child.
My question is it still possible considering the timing and extension. I do not wish to leave the country because of health reasons.
I have the birth certificate with my name, court papers legalizing me as the father and 400k in the bank.
Thanks Martin

Hello
I am on a triple entry visa and plan to get my second series of 2 months (or 60 days) at the chong chom border crossing (surin province) and immediately return back into thailand the same day.
Hopefully someone can tell me if this is ok or do i have to leave the country via air/airport
Thanks.

Hi
I have a triple entry visa and my intention is to extend each 60 days by a further 30 days then leave and re-enter the country , thus making my overall stay in thailand to be 9 months.
My question, and fear is that of my air ticket and what immigration might have to say when i fill out my visa exit paper on my entry at swampy with an flight ticket that is 9 months later.
Can anyone advise me if this is ok, or if not any other means.
I will be flying with eva air on a ticket that is free to change dates.

Morning Chaps
Presently living in Hua Hin but i`m considering a move up to the Gf moo baan 45mins drive from Buriram. This will be my 5th visit (totalling around 2 months).
At present my thai is basic but is improving, my khmer is non existent !
One of my concerns is boredom so i`m looking down the smallholding (up to 10 rai) route to keep me occupied. I have picked up on various threads (frogs, ducks, fruit trees, veggies) regarding this and would like to make contact with anyone who would show me their setup as i`m in buriram on the 15th of this month.
Cheers.

Hello
I'm pretty sure that my son is not required to do a pcr test when entering the UK but does he require the test to board at bkk with thai air. A nurse at a local hospital said that this is necessary but I've got my doubts.
Appreciate any advice.
Thanks
