Hello  i am asking for information on Regency Financial Services here in Thailand, i have looked them up on Google i cant seem to find to much info, they say they are a global company, yet their offices are only in Asia, i am looking to invest and i would like to know from anyone who is or has been involved with them their feelings on investing with this company, or some other advice

How long prior to retirement visa extension should your 800,000 be in the bank, is it 2 or 3 months?

My boy 5 years old, Australian/Cambodian passports, has never had a problem going to and from Cambodia, he attends school here in Surin, i check from time to time with immigration at Khap Chong to make sure, they tell me as long as he is under 15 years of age he does not need a visa, he has NEVER had an overstay stamp in his pport, and has never had a problem coming through immigration, so until the rules change or immigration tell's me otherwise i will carry on

Yes my most recent was in March this year

They will not put a one year visa in a passport with only six months validity, get your new passport first, your old one will be cancelled, take both to your local immigration office,  they will transfer your stamps from old to new free of charge, come September start the procedure again, i have recently been through this process, pretty straight forward

Trying to get my wife a holiday visa to go to the U.K, the agency in Bkok want baht 20,000 is this correct, do i have to use an agency?

I was doing my 90 day run on Monday, we know the immigration officer personally, her pulled her to one side and told her she could get such a visa,  but only from Phnom Phen

Hi my girl friend is Cambodian on a 3 month tourist visa, she has been for the last 4/5 years, i am Australian on a retirement visa. we have a 3 year old born here in Thailand, the immigration officer at Khap Choeng told me she can get a Multiple O visa based on our child being here in Thailand,  she has to go to Thai immigration in Phnom Phen to get this visa, has anyone been through or can anyone give me a bit more info on this subject  Thanks

I bought a motor scooter Suzuki 125 of my German friend quite some time ago, he went back to Germany  i have no contact with him can't find him anywhere, and yes we did not do the transfer into my name, i have the book, doe's anyone have any suggestions on if/how i can get the bike transferred into my name

He has a Cambodian and Australian passport, he uses his Cambodian passport coming and going

His mother is Cambodian

Ubonjoe, i put that to them, they told me it was'nt necessary as the boy can travel on my visa til he is 15

Just came back from chong chom no problem straight through

I have been told by the Thai immigration at khap Choeng that my 2 year old doe's not need a visa, as long as i am there when  he  leaves or re-enters, he had no problem leaving 3 weeks ago, going to pick him up today/now from Chong Chom
