I have Non-B Visa Extension valid till 31 March 2016 on my Old Passport.

I went back to my country to get new passport.

yesterday I returned to Thailand. Immigration officer at Suvarnabhumi Airport put stamp on my new passport ( Non B Visa , Valid Till : 31 march 2016).

I am confused here.

Do I need to go my local Immigration ( hatyai) for Visa stamp transfer or not?

Due to some reasons, I can't renew my passport in Thailand. So my plan to go back my country and get new passport.

Then where and how I can transfer my visa from old to new passport?

Persons who have had teaching experience with not less than 1 year and

1. Hold a degree in Education or

2. Hold other degrees and a teaching license from abroad or

3. Hold other degrees and a graduate diploma in Education with 1 year

I have Master degree and teacher license from my country.

Can I apply to route 1 to get Permanent Thai Teacher License?

Qualification: Master degree major Finance, Bachelor degree Major Physics and Maths

Experience : 2 years Thailand, 2 years Pakistan

Thai language and culture ,Professional ethics ( will Complete in March 2013)

Teachers Council of Thailand (TCT) has developed Self-Assessments to help applicants

discover which requirements and standards they must meet prior applying for a license.

ROUTE 1

Persons who have had teaching experience with not less than 1 year and

1. Hold a degree in Education or

2. Hold other degrees and a teaching license from abroad or

3. Hold other degrees and a graduate diploma in Education with 1 year

course of study.

In addition, they also must successfully complete a professional training course and pass

assessment of knowledge as follows:

(1) Thai language and culture

(2) Professional ethics

When they have passed the assessment according to (1) and (2), they can file an application.

In case of applicants’ teaching experience with less than 1 year, they shall provide a certification

letter, issued by an educational institution, and submit it to the TCT for issuing a teaching practice

certificate and permitting them to attend the training course.

One question, when I will apply for new work permit that time I need to attach teacher licence photocopy or not? Right now I have provisional teacher license for 2 years ( till august 2013).

My non B visa and work permit is valid till 31 march 2013. I m working for a govt school. Now I have job offer from a another school. Do I need to change visa and work permit? If yes ,then how?

I have the non-B visa single entry. Now I am going to apply for the re-entry permit. My question is, do I have to buy only one ticket to Thailand or do I have to buy a return ticket?

RELAX!!! You must have your Visa extended to the end of the Work Permit date within 7 days of Work Permit issue.

My Non B visa is Valid till 15 December 2011.

Today I received my Work Permit and I am confuse about two dates mention on my Work permit. Kindly tell me about it.

Work Period : 1 year

Valid until : 31 March 2012

on the next Page ,

Period at date : 14 November 2011 ( I think this is Issue date of Work Permit)

Valid Until : 15 December 2011 ( I think ,This is my Non B visa date and my Non B visa is Valid till 15 December 2011. )

Next week I am going to get extension of my Non B visa. Now I am confuse about my work permit Validity. My work permit is valid till 31 March 2012 or till 15 December 2011????

I got non b visa ( 3 months valid till 15 dec 2011) from my country and came thailand on 20 sept 2011.

now I am waiting WP and teacher license. now I am confuse, some says you can get visa extension when you have WP and some says you must have both (WP and teacher license).

1) Why asian Countries need to go back their home country to get Non B Visa? My all documents were correct and perfect but Immigration told me go back to your country and I lost 45,000 Baht to change Visa. Immigration should think about it.

2) Immigration Should also improve policy about to get Non O marriage Visa. ( 400K in Bank or 40K Per month salary)
