A cat has scratched and damaged the seat on my Yamaha GT 125, does anyone know of a shop in Pattaya that can recover seats?

Thanks for the info, i think 18,000 is a bit pricey for an agent, might just have go out there to the one in Pattaya and have a shot at it, hopefully it won't be too crowded these days and i can get it done in one day!!

I'm living in Pattaya and would like to have a motor bike licence again. I had one about 10 years ago and it expired and i never bothered to renew it, from memeory it took up the whole day and is quite far away from where i'm living here near the beach. I was wondering if there is any way to expedite the matter, are there agents who can do this for a fee, or i do have to go out there myself and do the test. Also, if i don't have a bike, do they supply a bike for the test or should i go there with someone and use his bike for the test?

I thought it was compulsory to have a passport on you at all times in Thailand.

Try hipflat or renthub, those sites give you a fair idea of prices.

Can someone post a photo of the sign saying no 90 day reporting necessary, as a back up and proof, just in case any questions are raised about why reporting was not done.

The promenade at Pattaya beach was really busy yesterday around sunset with many walkers and joggers out and about enjoying the nice weather. Glad to see the return to normalcy.

Has anyone in Australia checked their super fund lately? I just checked mine and found that with all the volatility on the financial markets that has come with the Corona virus, about $40,000 AUD has evaporated from my once healthy balance of $365,000. And with more volatily to come, at this rate super funds will be hit really hard as global stock markets crash making our investments dwindle, it seems now that cash is king.

For 12,500 the agent gets the retirement extension, and also does the 90 day reporting all included in the 12,500. For me the best solution, as I don't need to break my investments abroad where I'm earning much more than the agency fee. And no need to get involved with keeping 800k in Thai banks and all the other BS

Get an agent to do it. 12,500 all done. They even do the 90 day reporting for you. Too easy.

Try Ko Phayam, I was there a few weeks ago and there was a nice wave about 3 feet. Best on mid tide and in the morning, with no wind.

They did not charge me anything. It seems that because the IO didn't stamp "used" the clerk at immigration put the re entry stamp in again, but this time a multiple.

I returned back to Thailand last week after visiting my hometown and making a new passport. I showed the IO at Don Muang both my old and new passports. The IO didn't stamp "used" on the single re entry permit.
A few days later I went to the local immigration office for transfer of my retirement visa into the new passport and gave them both old and new passports, they gave me a number card and asked me to return the next day to collect it.
I returned to the room to discover that they transferred the visa and also gave me a multiple re entry stamp, a mistake as I originally had a single re entry and never had a multiple.
Next week I will be traveling to Singapore for a few days. Should I return to the immigration office and point out the mistake, or should I chance it with the multiple stamp that was issued in error. Do airport immigration have details of re entry stamps on their system? Any advice greatly appreciated.

Compliments to the Jomtien office. This morning I attended the immigration office, it wasn't busy. Got a ticket and was called up in about 3 minutes. At first I didn't know what to expect because I applied on the basis of the embassy letter regarding income, and as there was a thread here recently about embassy letters not being accepted if they were older than one month, (which in my case the letter was almost 3 months old) however this was not an issue whatsoever, and I was processed and out, 15 minutes all up.
