Yes I agree plastic is a big problem here in Thailand, they have a lot of recycling in many countries like Cameroun like RED-PLAST SARL.

try to make a JUICE FAST for as long as needed or a monodiet, bananas or any other food you like. You can certainly avoid operation, and why not be healed completely. Fruits are not expensive in Thailand, and it will help you a lot !

Sorry what is TM7 and TM8, I'm doing my first retirement visa one year extension, for the purposes of retirement, of my Non-Immigrant 'O' visa and a multiple re-entry permit next october. I'm living in Hua Hin to, and was also surprised for the kindness of the immigration staff for my 90 days.

If you are talking about those large white bottles, there is a big chance that that water is not safe and clean.
That also counts for the small grey-blueisch plastic bottles, non transparent.
Never buy that stuff because it is cheap.......why do you think it can be cheap.....
Many small companies just do something.... I have visited those places.
Why do you think that this plastic is not transparent......
the only safe bottled water is the water in the transparent bottles like "nam Tip", "Singha" etc. coming from the big companies with a good reputation.
but that is expensive.
but better install a waterfilter for yourself, much handier and a lot cheaper in the long run.
forget the cheapest stuff of 3000 bht. or so you see in Big C etc.
Those are not good enough.
take a filter with the following steps and not 1 step less if you want to be sure of having good tasting and safe water:
pre filter, resin, carbon, reverse osmosis, post carbon, U.V. and finally a mineral cartridge that brings the PH up again because the Reverse Osmasis drops the PH till 5 or so which is not good for your body.
The Alkaline (mineral) cartridge can bring the PH back up to 8 or so and also brings the flavour back to the water because it puts the minerals back in.
I'm in the drinking water business since 2007 in the Isaan.
Installed systems in schools and houses.
any questions? let me know.
TO GOLTEC
can you give me some advise for having the best pure alkaline water at home, I'will be in Hua Hin end of the year and I'm looking to install some water filter, or something like that, my email : [email protected]

Here is the technique used by a "priest" dog trainer. Put in a large burlap sack, together dog and chicken, hang the bag in the air, and carefully tap with a stick on the dog. The dog will believe that it is the chicken that did it, and he will never again touch a chicken.

Does anyone know if there is possible to open a bank account in USD in Thailand ?

Seems fine, can you give me the guys name and address ?
does anyone know if there is anyplace to buy herbal detox and remedy products in bangkok? like milk thistle for liver, valerian for sleep etc. i looked at places like GNC and pharmacies but there isn't anything like this so far. There is no need to buy foreign imports with suspect quality when Thailand has lots of amazing herbs. I just had a fantastic 10-day detox in Hua Hin with an incredibly knowledgeable guy who taught me yoga, meditation and other stuff and used Ayurveda (Apparently I'm a 'Pitta-Kapha'! ) to identify what I was doing wrong with both my body and my life . I can't remember the Thai name for it but he mentioned one that was 'the best herb for supporting and detoxing the liver'.
He also advised me to take care with store products. Apparently, things like detox kits have chemicals in them and manufacturers are just climbing on the bandwagon labelling everything 'detox' to make a profit. He says they are useless.
I wish everybody could experience the terrific week I did! He definitely turned me around, got rid of my depression (the laughing meditation was so funny!) and I feel so full of energy now it's hard to believe I'm the same person.
