I live in Pattaya and have had a retirement for the past 8 years.My yearly visa extension is due on 17th November.I have a plane ticket out on the 11th of October and may not be back in time to renew it.Would they allow me to renew early October before I leave? Any help appreciated Thanks John

Yes Mac firefox is up to date.We are in Pattaya and I as well as 2 friends can not get the page to come up.Have tried everything I can think of and have done it several times in the past.A mystery.Now sending them an Email to see if they have any ideas. [email protected]

I have Firefox and Internet Explorer and keep getting the problem loading page message with both of them.Another friend here in Thailand just tried on his computer with the same result.Wondering if the Thai Govt.is blocking because of the border dispute.Interesting that I just used a proxy site and the Evisa website came up immediately but I was unable to complete the transaction using a proxy.The posters who are not having a problem.Are you in Thailand?I have never had a problem in the past and all computer settings are the same.

Can anyone recommend a trained hair stylist.Every one I try if it is 80 Baht or 250 Baht they all reach for the electric shears as soon as you sit down.Surely somewhere in Pattaya you can get a decent haircut.

The one that Isuzu want to fit for me is AEROKLAS at a cost of 26000 Baht.Taking the cost of the vehicle into account the cost for the cover is negligible.I just want to get the one that is the best.Any opinions please.Many thanks guys.

The Bangkok bank debit card that I use does not have my name on it.It has the Visa logo and I had to set it up with help from the bank for verified by visa to be able to use it online which I have been doing with no problem with Thai and Bangkok Air.Maybe Air Asia's system is not advanced enough to accept anything but a credit card. UPDATE: I attempted to book a hotel close to the airport yesterday and my card was rejected. Can only accept credit card.So it seems that some systems can handle the visa debit card and others can not.

I regularly use my Bangkok Bank debit card to pay for flights with absolutely no problem.Several times with Bangkok Air and just recently with Thai Airways.I can not understand why you would be having a problem.
