There are no elite card holders with work permits. You have one or the other, not both. Elite visas are basically renewable 1 year tourist visas.
I thought it was renewable every 10 yrs...

the only information we have is an article... we believe it 100% and we would actually sentence this guy to DEATH based on reading one article.
This is why we are the biggest sheep ever.....
This is why we always believe the media and never question anything...
don't worry, i wouldn't defend this guy AT ALL....but i'm simply stating the fact that we don't think....we read, believe, and judge. then get mad and say the media lies
Note: I understand the article says he confessed. But, again, we know forced confessions happen and we know people say others confess and they don't. maybe this is a bad example for my rant.....since he certainly seems guilty...but let's not condemn him to death until he sobers up and gets a lawyer and has a trial.
I think drink and ya baa are the real culprits here...

Definitely a white European and certainly an overstayer or a tourist visa abuser - you could just see it in his filthy little european eyes.

But I’m not worried it’s a risk I’m willing to take, Dengue fever, malaria and other mosquito borne illnesses. You can’t be afraid of every little thing or I’d never get out and do anything. We’re all gonna die of something some day so I’m gonna go out and enjoy life regardless of risks. I’m still adventurous but not as adventurous as I used to be. I saw some pretty big mosquitos out there on the creek and Dengue fever and malaria did cross my mind out there. Oh well there’s not a big chance of getting it.
You’re alright they’re the really small ones that bite your legs in the daytime...

Fermented fish or Paa laa that’s been sitting in a jar for months or even years has links to cancer too, a bit too toxic for me thanks, but the misses and my 7 yr old love it bless...

What, there isn't a beach road, and the Frenchman had his hands tied behind his back, not easy to hang yourself in such a way. Do you work for the Koh Tao mafia?Whoever wrote this article isn't helping by making things up and omitting facts. For example, "One aspect that was not mentioned during the program was two other western women who had been mugged by four Thai men on motorbikes the evening before in the very same spot."
It was not mentioned because it isn't true at all. The murder was on the beach at a rocky outcrop- unless the men on motorbikes rode them into the sand it was definitely not the same place.
And the suicide? Completely ignores the suicide note written in French that addressed his relatives by name. I suppose the mafia has a crack team of polyglot handwriting forgers at their disposal.
Worst part of this case is the people cheering one side or the other like its a football match and completely ignoring evidence to the contrary.

Never sell a dog to a farang with his head up his own arse, and especially if the thai wife hates dogs and damages a defenceless puppy in transit. We rehomed Rudy to a loving family where he is happy to this day, we love our dogs, and they only go to loving homes, BUT confused Canada for someone who cares.

Hi VPN,
when i imported my dogs from the UK, i used a company called Hong Kong Transpack who are based on Soi 26 Sukhumvit Road, the fellow you want to speak to is Krit Wongsaengarunsri. He sorted out the import permits for my 4 mastiffs before i arrived in Thailand, and got them through the quarantine office pretty swiftly, and speaks good English.
His mobile no. 081-315-3350, and the company's no.02-258-6827 / 02-259-0088 ext 26. I hope i've been of help, cheers Charlie.
