I have a Dreambox 7020Si satellite receiver, running Linux.

It is wonderful. Connects to my home LAN so files can be transfered to and from the box

and patches can be downloaded directly off the internet using the remote.

It records programmes on an internal hard disk. I have a 160Gb installed at present.

The Movie Player allows me to access and stream video from my PC for viewing on the TV.

A whole new home entertainment experience.

have a dreambox as well connected to te internet for ubc decoding. my supplier left me so I only use it as a satellite receiver now
