How can a non resident be given a dose. By definition they don’t live here.

I assume they mean non Thai residing in Thailand?

Of course that's what they mean.

    Sounds good, right ?.................

Working permit and paying social security, registered on the app and already given a vax date of June 7,8 or 9.

I bet there aren't many of those.

Maybe Bangkok, Chaing mai, Phuket, maybe...........

I know of NO Thais or Falang that have been given these dates, or any dates for that matter.

I do however live in a very sparsly populated farming area............

And, I obviously don't know every person in town.

  2. I am ALL for it !

Burn down the ice and ya ba dealers houses (noting not to injure anyone or set ablaze any neighbours homes!).

P.S. I DO NOT exclude the Mr. Bigs (in the burning, warning, etc.

Previously have the following process ready to go and announce it.

When they are homeless, put them into previously prepared social living and train them in a trade !

(Urine tests mandatory, btw. as well as counselling available).

They can then be integrated into society as functional and happier individuals.

I know that this is a dream worldwide but in my opinion it is the only path away from this terrible scourge !!!

Link has already been posted by Oxx  https://vaccinecovid19.cra.ac.th/VaccineCOVID19/form/registration

Tried it but would not accept passport number, you have to laugh!

It has been this way all along.

You MUST have Thai ID # to register.

Maybe it will change soon ???

My suggestion and what I have done is to call my local private hospital and get my name and number on the 'for sale' vaccine list.

When it will come and what it will be they do not yet know.

They do however now know me and gave me a link to check constantly.

    For what it's worth.........

I actually think it is good that other Ministries and sectors are stepping in.

We are also seeing health authorities in some provinces, together with provincial administrators, taking  matters in their own hands.

In addition to filling a void, by setting up vaccination venues they increase the pressure on the central government to get vaccines in.

There is no question that the central government mishandled this badly, everyone knows it, but what matters now is where we go from here. This (the epidemic and the associated restrictions) seriously needs to end, the only way out is through vaccination, and whatever it takes to make that work, I'm all for it.

    I agree completely !!!

  5. Don't people get it ?

Beaches open or not, not safe.

For you and everybody else that you come in contact with it IS NOT safe !

After watching the world for the last year are people still so adamant that they don't understand or believe that this virus can kill you ?

    Get a stepmaster or something.

Better than dead and infecting your friends and family !

I don't go to the beach and I still have a very full and wonderful life.

Just hang on a while longer.

Be strong and smart, not dead.

I have contact with plenty of low, or no income families...the whole village in fact.

And I can assure you that none of the money they get from the government goes into paying food or electricity (most of them pay very little or nothing for electricity).

When there are enough family members collecting handouts, a lot of money goes into trading cows.

Our neighbor, who is my wife's aunt, and who lives in a one room windowless house, spent it on a flat screen TV.

On top of that, there are the usual mobile phones "investments".

Generally speaking, the poor in villages are not interested in spending any money for food.

They eat their rice mixed with whatever they can gather during the day (chicken, fish, insects, mushrooms...).

Of course, in the cities it is different because life there will little or no money is far more difficult.

At least with a new TV she will for sure be more Hppy staying home.

This will help the whole world as right now the safest t5hing for everyone to to for everyone else in THE WORLD is to only mix with people when necessary.

Well for a week anyway, until the Lao Khao is finished.

Sounds like you guys could use some new friends. Just Sayin'

My friends are nothing like that.

I make it a point not to be friends with people like that.

After 30+ years here I know to not count on Mr. Lao kaolin (Carabao).

Agreed. I will however add (after 30+ yrs.The last 20 in the same place) many of my close Thai friends (especially women) like that I am not Thais.

Many Thais do not trust Thais, etc.  Enough said.

P.S. my answer is also no, but no big story. I've been here for over 30 years and I don't feel like typing a bunch.

Either you get it or you don't.
