Odd it's not Thailand related.
Do they know it's occurred in Thailand BTW.
-
Never had a problem with these, believe some people have had issues mostly with delivery not being able to find the house etc.
-
Yes it's far worse living in Australia than Thailand and the quality of life is worse we know.
Thailand is paradise on earth and the west is a nasty merciless place,a Nanny state with a hidden agenda and laws no better than Thailand.
Next.

She should have no issues travelling within Europe just make sure you enter on the US passport for the duration of your stay as it is visa free for most places I believe.
Incidentally which papers are your friend referring to exactly ?

Thankfully I am offshore on nights so luckily missed the England and Iceland game.
Seems that repairing that rotten handrail near anchor winch 8 & 9 was a blessing in disguise.

You've had your fun time to close this one I would say.
I can assure you, I was having everything except fun. This is a genuine enquiry, suffering a few crossed wires.
Glad you got sorted in the end.
Good luck.

To much obfuscation on the part of the OP.
You only had to say you had an extension of stay about an hour ago.
You've had your fun time to close this one I would say.
-
Get yourself down to immigration tomorrow and rectify the situation.
-
Ok so from your picture you have a multi entry non immigrant O visa which has now expired and you are on overstay if you say you haven't left Thailand since October.
Unless of course you have obtained a one year extension of stay by meeting the financial requirements.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news if you haven't done the extension your currently on overstay irrespective of the admitted until stamp of August 31.
-
What date did you Enter Thailand ?
And what is the date admitted until stamped then ?
-
Post a picture of your visa and blank out any personal details.
That will clarify the situation instantly.
-
If you haven't been departing and re entering Thailand every 90 days for the last year on a non O multiple entry visa you are in essence on a long overstay.
Your visa has now expired and your situation is rather serious if I read correctly.
Unless you have a Non O-A which gave you a one year stay.
-
As long as the OP has proof of onward ticket within the initial 30 days yes.You don't really need a SETV if you are here for 49 nights
You will get 30 days upon entry to Thailand, after you leave and come back again you will get another 30 days which can be extended for another 30 days at any Immigration Office within Thailand
This is more than adequate for your needs
Otherwise as myself and others departing the UK on oneway tickets have found you may be denied boarding, they didn't accept leaving by a land border as adequate, although the quick fix is to book a cheap flight to KL or elsewhere, adding unnecessary cost and delay.
-
You can obtain a re entry permit.
It keeps your original permission to stay stamp active.
So when you enter Thailand you get 60 days,if you leave after 2 weeks you lose the 2 weeks while out of the country but retain your original stamp giving you a further 32 days left upon re entering.
A SETV can also be extended at immigration for 1900,giving an extra 30 days stay.
You could of course not bother with a SETV and enter visa exemption,UK passport is granted 30 days at land and air borders.
-
Depends on your circumstances.
If you don't have proof of funds for the yearly extension a multiple entry is the best option.
But you need to factor in the cost of doing border hops every 90 days.
It all comes down to personal circumstances really.
Do you need the hassle of leaving every 90 days.

Pitiful.
I have to agree.

We love you Dier we do oh Dier we love you.

If it's not necessary I would rather not waste my money on British passport
It's simply not a waste of money,a British passport will afford your daughter easier travel globally than a Thai passport and is a requirement for British nationals departing and entering the UK.
-
How will she be allowed to board the return flight travelling to the UK on a Thai passport with out a valid visa, not that she should get one as she is a British citizen.Of course she can. I take it that her birth certificate lists her as British, if so just bring this as a precaution.
She should have a British passport also, enter and leave Thailand on the Thai one and enter and leave the UK on a British one simple as that.
Is there any reason why the OP has not obtained a British Passport ?
