Thank you Jrtmedic and Lopburi, going to a pharmacy in a mo' (I ran out 6 weeks ago) but I wonder why none of the 5/6 branches Boots / Watsons I visited told me what you have, thank you ..!.
Still curious as to an answer to the 2nd part of my question ...
I ask my daughter to buy in Spain (only costs 5 euro for a 90 day supply) and mail to me.
Two times she has done this but I have not received the pills here.
I read somewhere that customs intercept such packages and confiscates (maybe thinking it is Viagra or something prohibited), could this be true, or am I just unlucky with the postal system?

Every day I need to take a 'Zyloric' pill (to control a build up of uric acid), the pharmacies in Phuket including Boots & Watsons say they have run out, have not had deliveries for a long time and cannot offer an alternative.

Hi Dancealot, we already have Windows 7 in Thai, all we are missing is the keyboard ..!!!
Have tried using a virtual online keyboard as per an earlier suggestion but it is so slow and you still need the real keyboard to do any work in Office, etc.

I have emailed them and not had the courtesy of a reply, maybe because it says on their websitethey do not ship outside of Thailand ..!!

Cannot believe how difficult this is, all morning on the internet trying to find an on-line store to take my order for a quality wireless pc keyboard (ie: Logitech or Microsoft) with Thai / English fonts to ship to Spain for my Thai wife to use.
The stores I have talked with either do not have in stock or will not ship outside of Thailand ..!!! Can anyone help please?

Getting married in BKK to a Thai lady Dec 24 2010, next step to apply for a marriage / settlement visa for her to stay with me in Spain (I am a British citizen but living in Spain past 20 years).
Hoping for recommendations for an individual, lawyer, visa specialist who has experience with the Spanish Consulate to assist us with our aplication asap (reasonable fees expected of course, nothing is ever for free).
I am 50+ own real estate business, my fiance 30+ (2 university degrees, previously a bank officer and teacher, no children). Will be very happy to hear from you via this forum or direct email, arrive BKK Dec 19, staying 1 month.

With hindsight, how stupid I was to believe in a Thai girl seeking romance on the internet and allowing myself to be scammed.
Only 5,800 baht but I suspect she is doing this to several people at the same time and making a tidy sum.
Her advert on a dating site looked good, sincere and honest sounding words, attractive girl, good photos, my approach warmly received, bored at home in Changrai, wants to join me in Phuket and look for a job but has no money for the train fare (she wouldn't catch a plane) can I transfer 4,000 baht to her bank account, train to BKK, then Surat Thani, then minibus to Phuket. Communications via the dating site, skype & telephone. Love is blind, I made the transfer, she proudly cancelled her dating site ad as she doesn't need any more. 10 minutes later she was supposedly packed and on a minibus to Changmai to catch the train. Later SMS saying I'm on the train, then it clicked, there is no train from Changmai to BKK at present ..!
Upon questioning by text, she reiterated I'm on the train, there are lots of different routes to BKK, don't worry I will be with you tomorrow. She supposedly arrives BKK railway station, sms to say she lost her purse with the money, she will now get the bus to Phuket, needs 1,800 baht taxi to southern bus station then the fare to Phuket. I made the transfer.
Talk about being caught twice, needless to say she didn't turn up this morning, phone turned off, then saw her briefly come online skype but only to block me. Lot's more detail (she was really convincing, obviously has had practice), what can I do, go to the police? I presume the answer of course is a big no, pass off as a learning experience and forget it. I have her tel number, skype, facebook and bank account. I guess this will give you all a good laugh but maybe a warning to you all in case there are other idiots like me on thaivisa.
