Proof of identity, ie passport or DL and proof of address, utility bill. As you havent a utility bill you may have to go for an offshore account so take your proof of address in Thailand.

I use Arvixe.com and have consistently recieved good value. One nice thing is the packages such as WordPress etc. they have which can be installed with just a button press.
Cheers Harry, this looks spot on, reviews are mostly good also.

Apart from wix, any recomendations on website building. Preferable to include search function. Package that will be domain, email, and hosting. Please no offers of doing it for me, tried that twice already.

Costing this year single storey THB 6,000 sqm, 2 Storey THB 9,500 sqm. Basic Thai rooms, in this case was 50% more per sqm. Approx same cost with three quotes.

I needed this a few years ago and ended up have it sent from the UK as could find it anywhere.. Have since seen that boatyards use it, also some body repair shops. You might try asking at these.

Great location as only yards from the beach and shops etc. Rooms are tiny 26 sqm unless a double unit....some have incorporated the balcony into inside area which although makes the room bigger gives no outside area. Great views from higher floors. Corridoors look like cell block H, nice pool and plenty parking. Rent is cheap, as stated many students stay there at 4k a month.

Soi Bust stop is the hookers area, single guy Ok but not ideal. Noise from bars, no parking, hookers everywhere, drunks shouting....try Nirundorn3 on the beach road, 700 a night weekdays..air, balcony, parking..much better than anywhere in bus stop Bottom of Narrathip, turn right and about 200 yards

I take back my previous comment. Have been there twice befor and enjoyed a good time with the kids. Went there yesterday....TWO TIER PRICING... in action. Never again. Its an insult to pay local taxes and all then be charged 3 times to that of someone who drives down from BKK in a Merc pays....Went to Santorini...no pricing structure, fantastic time....As a Foreigner, give it a miss!!!

Well worth a trip, great day out for the kids

Baguette shop definatly a welcome addition to Cha am!!!. A few coffe shops on beach road are worth looking at including S&P but Baguette and others on Narrathip hardly a relaxing place to enjoy a latte or two.

Surprised they havnt already. Same as anywhere, approach the bank immediately and try to arrange a suitable payment plan, even if its only paying the interest. Are they sure there hasn't been any contact from the bank already, letters or phone calls.

Driving from Cha am, When near Big C take the ramp that crosses Phetchkasem and leads to the rear entrance of Big C. Drive past the rear entrance for approx 300 meters and it is on the right hand side.

They have even been known to put credit on the wrong number, then call and ask if you could return the money/credit

Behind Big C Petchaburi. About 300 meters past on the opposite side. Lady speaks perfect English. Fantastic dental work including work that could not be done at other larger known clinics. Prices cheap. Don't know the number, you cant miss it, has the usual toothe sign outside. Probably the only thing I have ever recommended in Thailand.

Established real estate office requires Thai national for immediate start. Duties include property finding, updating listings, marketing, working with developers and customers, assisting at land office and many more. Drivers licence and able to speak/read English a must. We currently have too many customers to deal with. This is a long term position in a pleasant environment. Experience helps but not important. We will spend the time to train the right person. A willingness to learn the business and share in our success which will be rewarded. Please understand we do not require an office assistant that wants to look at Facebook all day but require someone interested in earning money and long term career. Personality and common sense are far more important than formal qualifications.
Basic Salary
Commissions
Health Care
Other Benefits.

For those in Cha am, don't forget La Bagauete on Narathip Road, with Big C Express and upcoming Villa Market can at last purchase a good selection of fresh Foreign products at realistic prices.
-
Maybe you mean Santorini. Its about 3kms befor you get to cha am in right hand side. Also Swiss sheep farm is worth a look
-
I think Villa Market does accept credit cards. Tricolor's comment was in reference to their high prices I believe.
Yes it was but Villa are not expensive when you look at the cost of the products in the original countries, especially when you compare them to the large mark ups that Soi 41 and OK minimart charge. Villa isn't expensive at all.

How does a married Foreigner live in Thailand without an income of at least 40k a month or 400/12 months.....???
-
At least they got a single entry.
They could get about 5 months out of the visa by getting a 60 day extension to visit their wife. During that time they could try and put 400K in the bank or if they can meet the income requirement of 40K baht and then apply for an extension of stay.
Or make a trip to Savannakhet for their multiple entries with no financial proof needed at the moment.
As a farang married to a farang I have to show either 800,000 in the bank or a monthly pension of 65,000 per month I never understand why it is much less if you are married to a Thai all those who I know married to Thai's moan that there wives cost them a fortune as they are very spendthrift that is not the case with my wife I would love to know who came up with such an idea that farang wives must cost more than a Thai wife !!!!!!!!
Easy answer. TiT
Older people tend to need more health care
