approx 100 sq. wah land for sale . land is fully filled up and ready to build house. the land is just behid maejo university and my land is near krung thai bank . the land price is 4500 baht per sq. wah.

advance thankx to all who watch it . i use notebook for internet . and i have to format and install again winxp. because i got trojan and worm virus . i have anti-virus . AVG . it show these virus and i delete it , but again it show same problem . anyone help me . how to relax from this problem .

as i know about unmarried certificate , if you married in thailand , you have to ask for your country embassy . they will give you one certificate that you are still unmarried and you are able to married with anyone. that called bachlor certificate. some country passport have total information , i.e. wife name , children name or like that.......... , but some country passport not have this information . at that case . you have to bring from your country , whr you live , you have to go nearest police station and ask them for bachlor certificate .

You will need a work permit.

it means , i have to apply for work permit . but how i can got work permit . because i not have any work . and if i show my business, that case . they need minimum 2 million baht in my account . which i can't present . what i should do ?
