I have lived and performed in Phuket for almost 13 years and just prior to that... I have had the privilege and pleasure of being a singer / entertainer in Las Vegas & Hawaii. After producing and performing Tsunami Live Aids Shows here in Phuket, Kho Samui and abroad...I decided to open up a full service entertainment company in Thailand. Then I took that further and attempt to create not one but two entertainment venues for musicians and music lovers. The first one Flamingo's Splash Lounge a swimming pool bar was the right Idea just the wrong place and a very challenging trial. I decided to moved it and make this venue even better at my Rick N' Roll Music Cafe & Sports Bar in Kata.

The concept was my very own personal desire to keep that Vegas feel and blend it with an Island ambiance and the Hawaiian spirit.

Thailand has it all and it all... comes with it's challenges. There is not one day that I don't shake my head and wonder " What have I done?" However, I will keep doing my best to better this little corner of Phuket and make it a great fun and friendly place for everyone who loves real music, great sports, awesome food, exotic drinks & a warm place to meet up with or even better... make new fiends.

Rick N' Roll is very family friendly and it is the best place for private parties, group sing alongs and even crazy community dance sessions.

I hope those who are skeptical understand? It takes blood, sweat and tears to stay afloat in Thailand. I make all the graphics, build the web sites, cook on the bbq, bar tend and even when necessary clean toilets ( Wait... I can stop that because I don't have that one thing listed on my work permit). Honestly, I do whatever it takes to make this place work and that's even before I can even get on stage to sing some memorable Rick N' Roll melodies.

Here's a question? Do you know what the hardest job of all is? The hardest Job is advertising... Advertising just to keep this place open and alive. My hope is that after those critics come visit Rick N' Roll and see this humble ambient ambition and then, just then... I may finally be understood.
