A friend of mine has a Non Immigrant 'O'retirement visa, just like I have. He is telling me that you do not have to report every 90 days to immigration, but just apply for your visa extesion when it is due.

I have neither heard or read anything about that anywhere, but he swears this is correct. Can some one either confirm or correct this claim. Many thanks
