I figure 3,209 million is 3.209 billion. But I'm American, and we use periods for decimal places, and commas to separate thousands.

I can understand how some Europeans may read that differently- I often get confused looking at spreadsheets from Euro types.

I hope they are still there but, a few years ago, I had some sewing work done at an open air shop on Second Road.

It's located acros the road from the school at the Second Road / South Pattaya Road crossing (where the songteaws to Jomtiem are waiting).

The shop was operated by 2 elderly ladies.

They also sell baseball caps and put the names on school uniforms.

Good quality work and very reasonable price.

I have no experience with shoes or boots in this shop.

I have my Thai phone and SIM-card with me in Belgium.

I'm not planning a holiday in Thailand before end of July.
