I have ordered cologne for $ 60 from USA and it was sent through DHL...now they want to charge me $ 55 on delivery ( the shipping was paid for with the order).

Now even some ebay sellers use the "global shipping program"with no additional import charges at delivery. A baby girl's overall is $15 + $26 international priority shipping + $ 26.90 import charges !! I never buy from these sellers and take the chance with customs...most of the time no taxes through post office.

If I want a cheap international call using my one2call prepaid card, I have to dial 009 before the country code. But if I am in Europe and want to use my one2call sim card for calling Thailand, is there also a way to have cheap calls ?
