  1. Can anyone confirm that he will also face charges back in his home-country once deported from Thailand after sentence?

He won't. If he has served time here for the crime then he will not be charged again for the same thing in Sweden.

And if he does get to prison in Sweden - that would just be a joke - he would have it better than at least 40 % of the thai community - and he would be put n a safe prison together with all the other sexual criminals..not with the one who actually COULD teach if you get what I mean.

  2. This discussion is generating a lot more heat than light - but as many of the contributors can't spell were/where, they're/their, Canadian's/Canadians or to/too, then this hardly surprises me.

What are you trying to say with this? That if English is not our first language and we do not spell perfectly, then we should not post?

Or if one does not spell perfectly, then it says something about his/hers intelligence?

Agree, l am English and flunked English Exam way back then. It really is impolite to bring the spelling card out purporting you are a superior being.

Suppose l better go and hang myself now eh.

What is this persons problem - who gives a shit about spelling - a CHILD has been abused - it concerns us ALL with or without spelling mistakes - if you WANT to understand then you will otherwise you maybe should try to be more humble.

  3. I could not agree more - live by the etiquiette rulles of the country you visit! You should be honoured to be guest down here - otherwise - stay home! We in sweden hate those who immigrates and bring the muslim behavior with them. Think of that you all (sorry you all good muslim people for this example - I know a lot of you are really good people) who is rude towards the siam people!!!.

..... and the lady went back to her stall to sell the porn dvd's i bet.

Some things you just couldnt make up in Thailand, how is it so acceptable to sell SEX and SEX DVD's but showing a bit of flesh on the beach or surrounding area is frowned upon. Is it one rule for Farangs and obne rule for locals here ?

What a broad-sweeping generality. If you broadened your horizons beyond sex you'd realize that only a small percentage of Thais are involved in sex-related commerce and most are indeed offended by public nudity. It is their country and culture you know.
