we are looking for the following, please let me know if someone can offer a building as per specifications below.

(Even if it not matches 100%, all offers are welcome).

Building:

- office & factory - but more office style - 2.000 - 3.000 sqm floor space/office area

- if devided: approx. 500 sqm office (best on one floor, but can be more)

and 1.500 - 2.500 sqm assembling/storage

(best on one floor, but can be more)

- clean (we have no dirty production)

- facilities for 150-200 employees

(toilets, showers, kitchen/restaurant inside or outside)

- car park for 15-20 cars and 50 motorbikes (or more)

- garden, if possible

Location

- close to Bangkok down town, eastern or north-eastern part

- if possible no industrial zone/production park

- good access with public transport

- not far from highway, but not too close

(should be relatively quite and good air)

Terms

- ready to move in now

- rent approx. 3 years

- long term options can be discussed

Hello,

We are looking for new employees for our company in Bangkok.

Our company is around for over five years here in Thailand.

We have currently over 60 people working for us (mix Farang and Thai).

In the progress of expanding, we are looking for individuals that can help us to grow more and to strengthen und support the current team.

We currently have these open positions:

A. - Customer support via E Mail / Website translations

B. - CNC or Laser machine specialist (operating, programming, producing items)

C. - Multi Talent: Support the management team, work on customer orders, do big wholesale orders etc.

- Able to very good speak and write English (for Job A,B, C).

- Able to very good speak and write a second language like: French, Finnish, Danish, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Polish, (ALL other languages are also considered, please let us know). ( for job A only).

- Be motivated and willing to integrate into the existing team (for Job A,B, C).

- Know about computer and programs like: MS Office, Outlook, MS Word (for Job A,B, C).

- Have experience operating and programming such machines. (for job B only)
