I have a couple questions

1. According to the marriage visa requirements a bank account with 400k in thailand is required, should this bank account be in my name and/or my thai wife/partners name?

2. Secondly this visa requires Bank statements, taxation records and supporting papers that would showcase their financial resources are also required. Who do they mean when they refer to 'their' in this requirement? and how recent do these taxation records need to be?
