I am in the same position, they came and changed the Box. Acc. to the manager I contacted, they have to do this: give all a HD box, limited time 3 months, and after you can go back to the old modem if you do not want the new one. the price after: nobody can say! Yes, the new HD is hardly getting anything better, there is only 1 or 2 channels with HD vision and NO extra channels -so all just for That!! Big lot of piffel!!

I go to Stafano's near ThapaeGate and I like the Seafood Pizza there!!

Retirement extension

Retirement Visa: we need every year proof of cash or pension. I have expensive hassel every year to get the statement from my Embassy. My goverment pension will never decline untill death, so

Question:

If the Embassy confirms the lifelong pension, would such then not be accepted by the Immigration for at least 5 years???

Every body say: no fixed a/c. I have my 800k even in a fund book A/C, more than 3% at the moment. You must just make sure the money is taken out 3 months before!

Can someone tell me: Is me as Farang allowed to rent out a house or condo and use the money for Immigration purpose?
