In fact, to be clear, I'm looking for a way to spend 6 months in Thai, 3 month in France (with my family), 6 month in Thai, etc. I just can't understand if this is simply possible. Is it ? Do I need to get new psseports anytime ? I'm reading that 2 tourist visa and you're out ... The information is so contradictory, it's realy hard to understand
and I'm so confused.

Hello, I've been reading a lot of threads about tourist visa issues. I understood that 3 tourist visa entries in my passeport would mean : difficulties to get a new TV (some have successed, whatever).
Is it possible to do this :
1/ 6 month in Thai, with 3 TV
60 + 60 + 60 days.
2/ 3 month in france, the time to do a new passeport,
3/ go back to thai, renew the process as long as I want
I'm sorry for the bad english, and I thank any of you who may answer me.

Ok thank's, Lite Beer.
So, if I understood :
1/ I get A Double Entry Tourist Visa, in France. Then I go to Thai, I "activate" my first entry when I come into the kingdom, I can stay 60 days, and I can extend it 30 days in the imm. office.
2/ Then, after 3 month (90 days) I do what you call "a border run" - i.e. I go to a side country, then I come back to Thai, and it activates my second 60 days entry, and I extend it at the Immigration.
3/ After 90+90 days, I come back to France, I spend some good time with my family, and I repeat the whole process whenever I want, without VISA issues (as long as I apply in France) ?
Best regards, and TY for your time.
Can't wait going to Thai
