  1. don't really see what everyone whines about when it comes to crime and everything getting more expensive. i've been here 5+ years, beer still costs the same, girls cost the same, food costs the same, social activities cost the same, housing costs the same and crime seems to be the same.

tourists keep coming, people are always interested to move here regardless of situations and prices, lots of people prefer to buy new off the plan then from an older building.

in a typical city, the majority of the economic revenue comes from the local population, as does the investment and all the rest. when the economy slows everyone feels it. pattaya has the advantage of being a tourist city, there's always tourists, new money, new people looking to invest, retire, live and work.

  2. matrix, nova and hights holdings have all been around for a while, fairly trusted. but so is ramionland, and their lofts development never went anywhere.

I'd suggest looking for a development that's close to / if not has already started construction, and not too large, the bigger the development, the harder it'll be for them to sell it all / fund it.

  3. Hello,

I own a profitable business in pattaya which I have no (little) time to manage.

I'm looking for a Farang to basically run the business, mostly to make sales and manage most day to day stuff.

The business is 90% automated and any technical things I can still handle.

Ideally if the person is a good fit I'd like to offer them a full time position with salary, work permit.

If you're willing to really take control and grow the company I'm also willing to offer a company profit share.

The company is mainly a web based company - we're in the property marketing business, but we also do print marketing. So computer literacy is essential and a grasp on marketing / internet marketing will help.

    PM for more info.
