And what would the market bare for a traditional massage?? there are so many here in CM that the going rate is 200+thb/per hr. would Surin expats pay that?? I'm sure locals wouldn't. I'm sure the farangs wouldn't either. There are tons of them all over Surin

As I remember there is a 'fishbowl' type of operation down in the entertainment area and those are big baht toset up. There are already 2 Big ones in Surin (Rose Queen and M&M)

Re: businesses in LOS.....yes, I agree that anything but the most simple food operations will require constant supervision by me. TW just doesn't know how to manage money..

I have learned thru experience that there is small baht in any restaurant venture, as we had a restaurant that I paid for and subsidised for 6 months before I realized that there is cheap food everywhere.

Maybe a franchise somewhere???? the CP roasted chicken stands up here in CM seem to be doing good business. Do they have them in Surin?? Many inc Amway!!!!

My ultimate goal is to set the wife up so that she is not so much of a drain on my declining dollar and in a place near her family so that I can travel without worrying about her support and safety.I tried that too. You must remember Surin is a very poor area so people inc Farangs have a lot less than maybe CM

A friend got me a set of crash helmet speakers off ebay that have sticky velcro pads for inside the lid and the small flat speakers attach to them.

I have found them far more comfortable than having something stuck in my ears whilst riding. I also wear glasses so that area gets a bit cluttered around the side of my noggin.

Do any of these suggested sets have a set up like the ones I use,please? I would also like to buy a better quality item too.

Some offices (Surin) are not accepting the yellow book anymore. A friend just tried to renew his license and was told will not accept need letter of Rediency. This also when he brought his new motorcycle, wiould not accept yellow book...and that was Bangkok land office......

He ended up going to Sangkha and got his lcence there with his Yellow Book.

Yet another example of one office doing different from others but TIT!
