I am a 73 year old British man resident in Isaan.

Following prostate cancer 20 years ago I have needed an artificial sphincter which fails and needs replacing every 4 to 7 years.

I have always gone back to the UK to have this replaced.

Now the latest one has failed and I can't (or don't want to) go back to the UK.

I came across a closed post on here with a reply from Sheryl and I wonder if anyone has any further information or experience of this surgery in Thailand.

(I live 7 hours from Bangkok so travelling anywhere in Thailand is an option)

We arrive in Surin from the UK mid December where we are having a house built which will be finished end January, if this fits with your timing I would willingly take the 2 labradors.
